Large apartment, plenty of room for family to have own space.

Clean, spacious, well equipped apartment. Reception staff friendly, helpful and efficient. The housekeeping ladies were thorough and friendly. The swimming pool was a good size.

The breakfast choices were quite limited and the the serving staff were not particularly friendly.

We had chosen the hotel because our children wanted to stay in a hotel with a pool. But after we checked in they informed us that the pool was closed for the next 5 days, and this information had not appeared anywhere, neither on booking.com or the other information we had received from them after our booking. They offered us that they would drive us to another hotel 10 minutes away with a pool, which we could use when we wanted to swim. But that is not a good substitute for having direct access to a pool at our own hotel. However, they did not want to give any discount despite the fact that we did not think we got what we had paid for. I Can also see from reviews that others have had similar experiences. So if you want to be secure to have a hotel with pool, choose another hotel!!

Large apartment

Poor breakfast. Air conditionong units on balcony, making it impossible to use. Beds that hard it twin room, had to sleep on sofa

Great location. At the centre of District 1, walking distance from all the sites. Very spacious room - seemed to be a service apartment in the past (so fully equipped kitchen).

Nothing to complain. Highly recommend if you need an accommodation for family.

Staff was very friendly, we checked in late (11.30pm) bit it wasn’t a problem. Our kids enjoyed the pool very much. We had a very nice and big appartment, I also used the washing machine, very handy if you have kids. There are always taxi’s available in front of the building and a lot of restaurants nearby.

We wanted to book an extra night but the accommodation could not extend our stay. We had to book an extra night via booking.com at a higher price and without breakfast… because if you book a stay for 2 nights or longer, you get a better price and breakfast included. We already had booked 3 nights, so this was our 4th night but it’s a pity that they could not arrange this at the accommodation, it’s 2023 after all.

Facilities run down, terrible breakfast

The room/appartment was very large. Clean. Had washing machine so could wash and dry clothes. Was able to leave bags at reception after check out. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The location is about 15 minutes walk from the main town area. I don't think this is an issue.

I liked the breakfast options, not too many but an ala carte serving. In a restaurant setting so that you can do a takeaway if you prefer. The location was excellent in the middle of District 1. Accessible to many parts of the city. The staff were friendly.and helpful even the bellboy who helped us off the taxi. All in, I would definitely stay there again given the chance. Exceeded all my expectations.

While we requested for the water cooler to be refilled as it was empty, it did not happen until the next day. It was but a small hindrance as there was a kettle. Very minor point to make.
