Wife wanted a mirror in the main bedroom to do her hair and make up.

Sam's Cottage was beautifully equipped, modern appliances, plenty of them! Really appreciated the extra touches, the welcome pack for the kitchen etc. Nice to have books, DVDs etc, TV is a smart TV. Nice little gizmo in the sitting area giving details of local events/facilities. The location is perfect, just a couple of minutes stroll into Keswick, great for evening meal out etc. We booked and then arrived on the same day, everything ready and in order, thank you!

The parking was a bit of an issue - there is a dedicated parking space but it is down an alleyway with steep walls on either side. In the end I did not have the bottle to take my car down there and had to park elsewhere although there were one or two other cars down there so it was possible. This would not stop me from returning though.

Fantastic location in the heart of the town. House lovely and warm and the biscuits in the welcome pack are divine. All in all I would recommend.

The parking is a bit tricky. The house is down a narrow passage with not much space especially if cars are parked on the double yellow lines opposite the entrance. No show stopper though.

The space was great,clean and comfortable.loved all of it.Would highly recommend.

The only little thing we did not like,need a new toilet brush set and toilet holder.A bit worst for wear.

It was off a busy road but in the town, so not far from the centre, with safe parking

Near to a building, with a lot of noise in 3 of the nights from the occupants. It improved on the last night after I had mentioned it to Keswick Cottages, thankfully. The hot weather meant that their window was open wide and the noise travelled.

Fantastic location, very well appointed and spacious accommodation, had plenty of facilities, nice thoughtful touches.

No soap dispenser and lack of a plug in bathroom sink were only opportunities for improvement. Lighting in kitchen can be a struggle, underlighting would help when using surfaces.

The location was excellent although it is a very narrow alley from the road to take your car through to the property and the parking space allocated to the property.

The wet room was very cold.
