Very spacious. We were only two couples, but would be good for a family also. The best part was the little terrace on the first floor. It gets the sun from morning till late afternoon. The place was ver clean. We had great communication from Angie, she called me and met us at the property. She was full of useful information and made us feel very welcome.

The double bed I slept in was a bit soft, but that may be just my preference. Could maybe have left some pepper in the kitchen cupboard. But maybe cupboards cleared out as it’s nearing the end of the summer season.

The host and the caretaker of the property were very helpful - the kitchen was stocked with Tea/Coffee etc and there was plenty of crockery/cutlery. There were some games/toys in the living room and that really helped to keep our little boy occupied.

The house easily accommodated parents, children and grandparents. It was very well presented and equipped, and very close to the beach and shops. Angie was there to hand over the keys and talk us through everything. Highchair, cot and stair gate were all available on request.

It was all fine!

The house was much bigger than expected. It was beautifully decorated, and felt like a home, rather than a rented property. The kitchen was well equipped, with a thoughtful pint of milk, coffee and Easter eggs for the kids. The location was good - close to restaurants and the sea. The walk into Hastings was easy and it was also a lovely walk to Bexhill along the coast. The owner Taryn was very helpful before we travelled in answering our questions. We were met by Angie who gave us some great tips on where to visit and eat.

What a beautiful house we have just returned from. The bedrooms are all amazing especially my one with the bath in it, I enjoyed it immensely. The bathrooms just fantastic, showers lovely and hot. The bedding is a great quality and felt lovely to sleep in. Lovely soft towels too. We enjoyed the location just a few minutes from the beach. Everything was above and beyond what we expected, many thanks xx

Everything was perfect!

House doesn’t look very large from the outside, but it is very big inside with lots of different levels. Comfortable beds and plenty of space to relax inside and outside, if the weather is good. Once a parking place is found close by there is no need to drive as it is a short walk to the beach and local shops. Also the pretty park with a lily pond. About a 30 min walk into Hastings to visit the Old Town area and cliff walks.

Check out by 10:00 is a challenge with three children. An 11:00 check out would have been preferable

Wonderful spacious, clean house that lived up to all our expectations. Taryn is a wonderful host and communication was brilliant throughout. Close to the beach and local bars and restaurants. My youngest daughter is already planning her 11th birthday stay here!

Beautifully decorated, great location

Could have included toilet roll and bubble bath and could have done with bins around the place and air freshener to freshen smoke that comes into the house and drain issues. Also some tin foil etc

Shower was not draining and heating hard to get to work and didn’t work on top floor

Lovely house, extremely clean too. Very comfortable beds. Perfect for a friends' gateway. Nice and quiet location, about 30 minutes walk from Hastings but 5 minutes walk from the seafront
