Our room was simply stunning…exceptionally clean with some lovely extra touches and stunning sea view

Nothing to dislike

Fantastic views. Very comfortable bed.

Continental breakfast only, due to family emergency, so we didn’t get the full experience. Incidentally— 3 days on— we are are STILL waiting for our breakfast refund, as the continental offered wasn’t very inspiring. Why couldn’t one of the 3 women running around putting cream cheese on bagels, and refilling the yogurt have put some eggs and sausages on ?? And PLEASE don’t handle the cheese with your bare fingers, as you did when we were there. REALLY didn’t like our toothbrushes being put (by the cleaner) in a glass in the bathroom/toilet— who wants such a personal item being touched for gods sake?? We left them by the kettle, as that’s where we wanted them. And toothbrushes in the loo are a MASSIVE no for us. Not on at all. Yea cups— not mugs, and with strong tea bags— ohh no no- what Brit wouldn’t like a mug? Mini bar - ludicrous prices. The mountain climb to room7 isn’t for everyone- but no warning anywhere—I just think it’s very lucky to have its 5 stars, tbh.

The property advertised available parking, but this was not provided; we were told to park on the street. The woman at reception was extremely rude and aggressive.. We did not stay
