Fabulous service from Kylie and David and rest of the staff. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was fabulous. Especially the bread and butter pudding desert😉

Location was excellent, within a few minutes' walk of central Richmond, with it's cafes, restaurants, shops, etc.
Our room was fabulous, recently renovated to an extremely high level of quality.
A complimentary wine tasting was also included.
We can't think of anything that could be improved upon.

Beautiful main house , David greeted us and did a short tour history of the house , and convict cellar. Wine tasting across the road had a very informative wine taster . Also a nice glass of their Pooley wine on arrival which was refreshing and light snack.
The 5 course meal was exceptional and excellent value, so tasty and every meal was explained by David was the best meal I had in my visit to Tasmania. The chef did a fantastic job.
Breakfast was very nice.
Even spotted a bumble bee in the wisteria flowers.

Beautifully restored private manor house in a fantastic location, Delicious dinner, tasteful and comfortable room, with everything you would need for a luxury stay. Staff were exceptional and very accommodating, Included Pooley wine tasking a bonus.
