House was clean and has fantastic amenities

Very nice, and perfect location for our visit. Only suggestion would be to have a top sheet on the beds and not just a comforter.

I really enjoyed my stay. Great location as we were just minutes away from Spur Arena which is why we stayed in Kissimmee. The owner of the property was very helpful and answer all my question and concerns. Even sent someone over to help me with Roko as I never used that before. Would definitely recommend and consider staying there again in the future.

Family vacation to Disney and aquatica. Very nice location. Easy access to all amenities florida has to offer. Would stay here again.

The place was nice the neighborhood was not that loud and the driveway was a good size. Was a good house for a Disney and universal trip with my family. Was more than roomy for the five of us. The pool was nice for the kids to splash around in to get them to sleep. The location was perfect for the price. Only 30 minutes from Disney and universal

The 3 star was only due to a glitch with the keypad code and the long wait time with customer service thru VRBO. The property owner and the cs rep both helped rectify the issue for us to gain entry and there were no other issues. Follow up conversations with the owner were welcomed and aside from the initial setback the stay and courtesy of the owner were great.

The villa had delightful deco which gave it a country feel in a quiet neighbourhood. We were missing a couple of items but the owners soon replaced them. The rear garden was a little disappointing and did not exactly resemble the photo. It would be useful to have a sunshade for the outside table. Overall a quiet relaxing place to stay.

We enjoyed our time at the farmhouse villa. My wife and I and our sisters and god son enjoyed our stay. He a senior in high school so his interest is his phone or playing his ps4. Needless to say we all got down on mortal kombat…I just love the back splash boards and lighting to accentuate the tv and the storage space. It was too cold for the pool , so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy it. However we enjoyed ourselves at the fun spot Kissimmee. We would love to stay there again if it’s available. Thanks the Hudson’s

I loved the look and "home away from home" feel of this property. The property itself is beautiful and well kept, and there are several items in the kitchen for your use that you don't normally see in a rental to make you feel at home. I would definitely return. There were only a couple minor inconveniences, like dead batteries in the remote control, and the bed in the master was not as pictured online, but was still comfy. The only real problem I had with my stay were some neighbors out at around 2a.m. being loud making it difficult to rest, but I realize this is often out of the control of the homeowner. Overall, great weekend getaway and beautiful property!

Loved our stay - just perfect for commuting back and forth to the Heritage Park arena. Literally took 6 min to get to the barn to feed. Could not be happier - easy to get in and out of the house - house was very clean and beds were comfy. Only one complaint - we could’ve used a couple of plastic garbage sacks. Plan to book for state finals next year if available.

This property was in an area with a lot of food and stores to shop in and not far from universal or international drive. Great location.

Love how relaxing and no-fuss it was to stay here. Pool was too small/shallow for the teenagers - would have been good for younger kids. Outside seating was fantastic. Really liked interior decor and being able to use the garage.

The house was very nicely decorated, but it was NOT clean beneath the surface. The mirrors and dining table had streaks. The refrigerator still had an open gallon of water from the previous guests. The bedding, while appearing clean enough, did not smell freshly laundered so it made me wonder if they had been washed between guests. There were hand towels in the master bathroom on a tray and one of them was super damp, like it was used and just rolled back up to look unused. There was someone’s nasty body piercing jewelry left on the dresser. And the worst was the toilets. They were filthy. The rim under the seat was covered in old urine. It had not been cleaned in weeks and was disgusting. There were no bathroom carpets which was weird. We had to throw a hand towel down to stand on. The pool was freezing even though the ad said it was heated. A stranger came by saying he received a call to work on the bathroom but we were not made aware at all. I was never provided a phone number to contact the host so I tried calling through the phone link on VRBO but the number was disconnected. I sent a message through VRBO and didn’t receive any reply till way later in the evening. We didn’t let the person in cause we had no idea who he was and it left us feeling a little uneasy. It’s a good thing we didn’t need anything urgent during our stay as I was never provided a working phone number to contact the host. The kitchen sink had a bad odor, I think coming from the garbage disposal. There is also quite a bit of street noise at all hours of the evening. I don’t want to only state the negatives and to be fair, I want to list the positives. As I said, the house is very cutely decorated. The house was clean on the surface. The floors were spotless and I didn’t see any dust. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The couches were comfy, too. They provided two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, and shampoo and conditioner. Dish soap and sponge was available. There were plates, glasses, pot/pans, and utensils. I would have liked at least one dish washer tablet to be provided. I stay at vacation homes frequently and have always been provided with one dishwasher tablet. I don’t hand wash dishes at home and don’t expect to have to while on vacation. If the toilets had been properly cleaned and sanitized I think that would have made a big difference in things. I think they need to change cleaning companies asap.

We stayed at this property to be nearby Silver Spurs Arena during the FHSAA State Wrestling Tournament. It was such a blessing to have a home away from home so close. The home was very nice, clean, and in a great neighborhood. We look forward to staying again in the years to come!

The house was very clean and had what we needed . The backyard needed to be mowed which impacted the ability to fully appreciate the grounds. The pool was perfect for the kids! Our little 18 month old has so much fun in it as did our 5 year old. We had to do some cleaning but the filtration system worked well to help with that. The furniture in the living room , although it looked nice, was not comfortable to sit for long. It has been around for a long time. The sheets and towels are worn and some were bleach stained . Loved having the washer and dryer . Perfect place location wise for going to Disney! Downtown Kissimmee was charming and highly recommend Two Brothers Steakhouse! Best food and service! Overall, very nice trip and stay and for the money , this house was a good choice for us.

Very enjoyable stay. Location was great was for our activities which mainly involved fishing. Eric was very accommodating. We were able to fit our 18 foot bass boat in the garage which was great.

Our family enjoyed staying in this 3-bedroom house in a quiet neighborhood. We went to a authentic Puerto Rican bakery/restaurant for dinner. We had a wonderful time in Kissimmee! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Very clean house

This house is clean and safe. Nice to have laundry, too.

We booked based on all the previous good reviews. We didn’t end up finishing out our stay and went to a hotel. Neighbors were coming and going all night with music thumping. House was plastered with “crime watch”, “No Trespassing”, and “24 hour surveillance” signs. Not a good visual of the house right from the start and felt as if we should be worried about our safety. The Owners were great about communicating. The house was nice, besides some minor cleaning issues. The master bedroom mattress was covered in a plastic that was so obnoxious and woke you up every time anyone moved in the bed. Overall my kids were uneasy and worried the entire stay so we opted to move to a hotel. The owners were receptive to my concerns and had a reason or excuse for everything but in the end it didn’t ease our concerns.
