Merci à Gianluca pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité. La chambre est propre, bien situé, très proche de la gare et à 10 minutes à pied du port. Une cafetière et un petit frigo sont mis à disposition - très pratique. Emplacement idéal pour visiter les 5 Terres. Je recommande :)

The walls are very thin so you can hear people come in and out of other rooms, but for us no-one was loud so it wasn’t a big problem

Vriendelijk ontvangst maar personeel was niet gepast gekleed. Bedden waren heel zacht. Ontbijt was in een café vlakbij, kreeg enkel 1 croissant en sapje met koffie, was erg weinig in onze optiek.

It was so close to the train station and overall close to the city centre. It was clean, and tidy. The hosts were really helpful and friendly.

Everything! Beautiful room with small sofa and desk. Plenty of space for storing your things, very spacious. Lovely bathroom and great shower. Lift up to the first floor. GREAT air con - no issues in the heatwave whatsoever. Amazing location in La Spezia, very near to the train station and lots of bars and restaurants near. Amazing breakfast set up - you get a card for two nearby cafes, very unique, we enjoyed. Excellent host - extremely friendly, helpful, talked us through a map and gave suggestions, perfect communication via Whatsapp and gave us great recommendations. La Spezia is the perfect location if travelling to the five towns as it is much cheaper than the towns and good nightlife. Couldn’t recommend the property more.

Beautiful room. Owner came to meet us down stairs, very friendly and was able to answer our questions. Best shower we have had all trip. Balcony was beautiful! Wish we had more time here

Beautiful room, very comfortable and clean perfect for our weekend gateway! The building with the rooms has an old time charm and the owner, Gianluca is a wonderful host, friendly and helpful. We could easily communicate with him and he went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable, even allowed us to check in late. We also loved the small attention in the room, like the Mulino Bianco biscuits and croissants. Pastries and cappuccino were perfect at the 2 coffee shops where we had our included breakfast. Big advantage is also the convenient location: 5 min from train 🚉 connection to Cinque Terre , Pisa, Genova; we could easily walk to dinner on the pedestrian street behind the building and shop souvenirs, visit the Port. Definitely a must go if you are looking for an unforgettable time in La Spezia and Cinque Terre. Thank you Gianluca 😊

Coffee machine, design ok. Friendly informative reception. With bread, snacks and mineral water 4x. Recommend breakfast cafe terille, avoid c'est bon.
