I love the location of this place and communication regarding booking is excellent! The cleanliness of the place was not great. The floors quickly turned our white socks black on the bottom.

Large, nicely furnished unit. Vista Cay location & amenities can't be beat!! Having 2 bedrooms with King beds is a huge bonus for two couples traveling together!!
Loved having the large balcony with plenty of room for table & 4 chairs. With a few important updates, this place would be 5 stars.
Suggested improvements: Beds are in desperate need of new mattresses. Didn't get a good night's sleep all week. Couch seats are unsupported and uncomfortable. A larger capacity hot water heater is needed. 4 adults could barely get through showers without running out of hot water. Needs black-out shades/drapes in the bedrooms. And a corner cabinet or shelving unit across from the vanity in guest bathroom would be a huge bonus for laying out toiletry items during stay.

We love this property and have stayed here before in a different unit. This condo is very spacious and we had more than enough room to spread out and be comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked in some items (6 cutting boards, 3 can openers), but missing critical things you need to cook a meal (not one single oven proof dish or pan making the oven unusable). The place overall needs a deep clean everywhere. We arrived and found used towels and a dirty bathroom which the property owner responded to immediately and sent someone to clean up after. But the place overall is not up to the standards of clean I expect - the floor baseboards are all dirty and there's a layer of dust on every knick knack (and there are lots of them). Approximately 30% of lightbulbs were burnt out and someone showed up unannounced on our last day to change them while we were working and in virtual meetings so that was inconvenient (we sent him away so not sure the lightbulbs are fixed yet). Would come back to the same complex but look for a different unit next time.

I did not stay ta this rental. My information was used to book this rental. I have contacted the owner and VRBO to notify them that I did not book this rental. The owner was abrasive and rude in the messages. I would be mindful of anyone who takes money that does not belong to them. I have never been scammed before like I was by this owner.

The only issue I had was the cable didn’t work in the master bedroom! I was informed that the cable people was going to fix it ASAP! I would definitely bring my family back and stay again

Close to everything.
I originally booked this for a business trip that was supposed to happen at the Orange County Convention Center, right around the corner. When that got cancelled due to Covid-19 I used it for a family get-away to Universal/Islands of Adventure. It was a great stay! Spacious, clean and quiet.

Everything was good about this property and owner except a minor surprise about a separate rental agreement/additional deposit that needed to be signed after making full payment on Vrbo. Suggest making this clear on vrbo at time of initial booking. Property was great, location was great, check in instructions and process was great. No issues at all during stay.

Great spot
Problem with the stove where it doesn’t turn off and gets really hot requiring you to go to the circuit panel to turn off and on. Otherwise beautiful apartment very close to the convention center. I would stay there again

Great Space for Business Travel
We had a very pleasant experience at Irina's place. My team stayed here while working a tradeshow at the convention center which is literally a five minute drive. This place is also close to a walgreens and a publix for groceries and supplies. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and pots and pans to cook what you want. You will need to buy all your own spices, oils etc. when grocery shopping. Remember to also grab extra trash bags, laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent. There was some noise from other rooms during our stay. The pool area is a great place to relax and unwind! We will definetly book again for future tradeshows.

Really nice and spacious unit. Better than hotel.
We been doing lately more traveling and instead of staying in hotel rooms we been going for renting condos or houses. This place was really nice! In top condition, perfectly clean and very well equipped with all kitchen stuff. We cooked our breakfast and was able to enjoy pool and other amenities that this property offers. The owner was excellent in communication if we had any questions.

Just like home
We had a wondering stay here at Vista Cay. The resort is security gated so we felt very safe. There was a Walgreens and Publix right there as well as a nice variety of restaurants. The pool and hot tub was very nice. One of my favorite things about the large spacious condo was the awesome washing machine. It was extra large and I want one just like it for my house. There are three bedrooms and 2 baths in this condo. Large living room. Nice office with couch. Table with 4 chairs and then there is a bar with a few more chairs. There is also a table and chairs out on the balcony too. Irina was great to work with. She responded through email right away when we would ask her questions. We would definitely recommend this place for large families.

The condo was very spacious and clean. Communication with the owners was excellent! We had everything we needed during our stay. Check in and Check out was seemless. I highly recommend renting this condo to anyone looking for a well kept unit!

A great stay
Condo is beautiful and located in a nice gated area. Condo fit all of us comfortably. Plenty of space. Everything was super clean. Appliances are up to date which makes easy for cooking and laundry.
Location is amazing. We were there specifically for universal only. We were able to use Uber to travel back and forth and was a much cheaper option than paying the universal parking prices. We did Uber to Disney springs one night which was very close too. Walking distance to the nearby Walgreens or Publix. Maybe a short drive if you have a lot of stuff to Publix. Plenty of restaurants within a mile of the condo. Complex has a very nice pool and game room. They also have a certified universal tickets dealer which came in handy for visiting friends who did not want to wait in line to buy tickets at the park.
Irina was a great host. She was very responsive. Would and will absolutely rent from her during a future stay in Orlando.

Location was great with easy access to everything. Really enjoyed the walking path and pool area. Was nice to have a strip mall within an easy walk with a good selection of quick serve restaurants and a Publix. Condo was very clean and comfortable. One minor issue was fixed very quickly. Any negatives are simply minor personal preference items. I like a bigger TV in the bedrooms and block-out shades.

Wonderful Stay, Perfect Location!
My family and I recently stayed here for our trip to Orlando and it was our very first VRBO experience. I have to say that it was absolutely perfect! The condo was beautiful and comfortable, the location to everything we wanted to do (Disney, Universal, Discovery Cove) was ideal, and we were still within an hour of Cocoa Beach. The host had everything laid out perfectly, was easy to reach and super responsive, and was more than willing to help at a moment's notice if needed. I could not recommend this place more; especially for the great price!

Outstanding!
We usually stay in a hotel for ICAST, but this year we took a chance on this condo...and we will be back! Irina made renting a seemless transaction and answered my one e-mailed question the same night. Close to everything, plus we had more than enough room for 5 guys to spread out and relax after a day on the exhibit floor. Boat parking was no problem and we didn't worry about anyone messing with it with the coded security gates. We saw the pool but didn't get a chance to dive in, maybe next year.

Great hospitality and beautiful condo!
Irina was very accomidating and replied to all my emails promptly. This is our 2nd time staying in her condo at Vista Cay. The condo is beautiful and in a great location.The club house is really nice especially the pool and bar. 15 mins from Disney!

Luxurious and spacious!
This was a great condo for my family vacation to Orlando. It is super close to both Disney and Universal. We even drove about an hour to visit the coast. It was large enough for my extended family and even though we were all together, the condo made it feel like we had our own space. We did have a couple of issues with the gate code and the sink disposal but the owner got back with me extremely fast and all was well. Thanks for a great visit!

This was very nice resort in a great location. The pool / spa area was spacious and had a small bar that was a little pricey. The condo was spacious and had all the conveniences needed. This condo was in a gated community and was centrally located to entertainment and many good dining places.
