Cette maison est une belle ferme juste à l'ouest du village de Skaneateles à environ un mile du centre-ville (Sherwood, Bluewater Grill, The pub et tous les magasins et magasins).

Le salon du rez-de-chaussée a également un nouveau canapé-lit juste à côté du salon en face de la demi-salle de bain (toute cette section a des portes privées du salon et de la salle à manger ainsi qu'une porte arrière pour sortir / entrer dans la maison)
Le pont arrière est grand et comprend des sièges à l'extérieur, un gril et un bain à remous pouvant accueillir 8 personnes.
Un grand pays vallonné Feild entoure 3 côtés. Propriété parfaite pour quelqu'un qui cherche une escapade tranquille à la campagne mais à quelques secondes du centre-ville et des restaurants et de la vie nocturne.

Great spot for us guys to play golf, enjoyed the deck and hot tub. The property was super user friendly and clean. Comfortable beds and plenty of space.

Cute kitchen, nice upstairs bathroom. Very soft mattresses. Pretty views of fields, and a free ice cream cone next door at the mini golf! Close to town; we walked for breakfast and enjoyed the lake views.
Only complaint was the trash was overflowing. We could not put a toothpick in those trash bins.

Had a stay in late September early October. Before booking the property I made sure to read through reviews and everything looked great. The property was good in general, BUT the house smelled like someone just smoked in it, had to open all windows to try to air it out. One of the couches in the living room belongs on a curb, or maybe it was brought back from the curb?!!! The fake leather couch has huge peeled spot on it, looks very sad and nasty, not sure who can sit on it! I have pictures and honestly not sure how this piece of furniture can be offered to renters…….I was extremely disappointed, but didn’t have time to deal with this due to family events.

Great property and location. Amenities were good for our family gathering of 6 and we were all comfortable. Close to town and easy to get to other parts of the Finger Lakes. Communication with owner was easy. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to groups.

Excellent location and home near Lake Skaneateles! Our family enjoyed our stay in this well-appointed and nicely maintained home near the edge of the village. The owner was very nice to come over and let us in when we locked ourselves out (sorry!). Again, great place!!

The location of this rental was perfect for our son's wedding at Mirbeau Inn & Spa. My husband, daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter were all happy staying here. It is nicely updated and furnished. So convenient to walk next door for mini golf and ice cream. The hot tub was a great treat too. But most impressive was Mike's responsiveness when I contacted him with an issue with the TV. He came over quickly and fixed the problem. It is reassuring to know the owner cares.

Mike was a great host and very quick to respond to any questions. Location wasn’t ideal but as close to the village as your can get with the ordinance. Walk is doable but wouldn’t do it at night. House was clean and cute. A bit older with a few issues but nothing major. Hot tub was great to have in the warm evening. Overall wonderful weekend. Thank you!!

Property as described and host answered my questions prior to the stay and when we first got there. I particularly enjoyed the pillows they had on the king sized bed. The dining room table was a good size for snacking, celebrating and playing games.

We came from GA to visit family in Marcellus. 4 generations together for the first time in a while. Our kids (5 and 3) enjoyed their bedroom, games, the snow, and different sights. It felt like home away from home! We are so grateful for the opportunity! Clean space, great neighborhood, close to town, etc. ❤️

The house was a great location for our 4 th of July wedding weekend. Close to town and The Sinclair where the wedding was. The house was clean and the hosts were great ! Plenty of parking for our large group and the mini golf next door was a great for extra entertainment ! I would definitely start there again if I headed back up to Skaneateles!!

Awesome getaway
Booked this place with some friends for a weekend getaway trip. We had a great time. The place was as pictured, I was nervous about the hot tub because there were no photos of it on Vrbo, but it turned out to to be an outdoor hot tub as we expected. The location was super convenient, and not too far from supermarkets and the house had all necessary amenities. Thank you so much Mike and Krissy! We had a wonderful stay.

Well equipped home for family gathering.
Our family gathered for Easter to be near our daughter who is a student at Syracuse. The house has a well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the host was generous with top quality linens.

Winter Wedding
We had a lovely stay at Mike and Krissy's home in Skaneateles during our son's wedding weekend. The house was very clean, beds comfy and we had everything we needed. Mike and Krissy were quick to respond to a couple of questions. I love the privacy of the property and it was beautiful to see the snow on the field behind the house. Thanks!

Fabulous Spot
We had a wonderful time in this lovely home. The description and pictures were accurate and the whole process of the reservation and check-in was super simple. The home is spacious and has all the amenities that you need. The hot tub is a great addition which we all enjoyed.

Close to town, clean comfortable house!
This house is about a 1 mile west from the Skaneateles town and is somewhat isolated, which is perfect for privacy and a quiet vacation. We were only a party of 4 (2 kids and 2 adults) and the house was plenty large for us. We ended up using only 1 bedroom and left the other two untouched. The beds were comfy, kitchen was fully stocked, bathrooms clean and all linens, towels, etc. provided. There is no central air conditioning in the house, however the 2 main bedrooms, dining room all had window units, plus the main living room area had a huge portable unit. The hot tub was a plus and the kids loved it. Would definitely recommend for a larger party (around 8-10) who wants to have a quality quiet time.

We had a great time at the house, it was exactly as described. The house was clean, comfy and the perfect size for our group of 10. Skaneateles is beautiful and the lake was so clear. Overall we had a great time, than you for opening your home to us.
