My room was clean and comfortable. Food was delicious although half of the meal never arrived at the table.

Restaurant service was poor.Room was very noisy. Server was inept.

I thought the room was decorated lovely. There were a lot of spiders on the walls and a lot of very old moldy grout in the shower. The pictures online are a little deceiving because the room itself was much smaller than depicted. Which is fine, just a little disappointing. I was a little thrown off that first thing in the morning when I opened my door to the main hallway I was greeted with the housekeepers cart… it’s almost like they were saying “get the hell out! Byeeee!” lol.. Otherwise I thought it was nice.

Lots of bugs in the room corners, lots of old mold in the grout in the shower. I was a little disappointed I couldn’t control the AC fan (I need a lot of white noise to be able to sleep.) So that resulted in me waking up several times during the night. I was soooo disappointed in the continental breakfast! The website shows pictures of eggs, sausage, etc, but we were only offered dry ingredients. The coffee and bagels were very good, so I don’t want to sound greedy or anything, I just honestly felt a little lied to. For such a lovely hotel and with the magnitude of the history here I just expected a bit more.

Nice building, room.

No housekeeping service at all during the three days and nights I was there. The breakfasts were awful. Really pathetic. Bad bagels, no protein except for some rather bad yogurt, bad coffee that wasn’t very hot. The staff seemed indifferent to the guests’ needs. When I asked the man at the front desk if there was housekeeping, after two days without, he said yes, and he’d make sure a maid came to my room, but he didn’t.

we were assured the night we checked in there would be a breakfast buffet. we were the ONLY GUESTS IN THE HOTEL, so the very nice manager brought out bagels, coffee and yogurt.

Love location and view of Seneca falls! The rooms are unique. Staff always very friendly. Food was great at restaurant. Our server (bartender) was exceptionally attentive and offered suggestions. A nice touch when she offered us bottles of water to take back to our room.

Wish there was better continental breakfast.

The coffee served at dinner and breakfast. Not good.

Everything was perfect, staff super friendly across the board and room immaculate. We had dinner in the hotel dining room and it was excellent as was the breakfast. A great experience and my husband and I will definitely be back.
