Bienvenue chez Sutton. Nous sommes une maison de 4 chambres et 2 salles de bain à proximité du lac Powell, canyon antilope, courbure en fer à cheval, et le Grand Canyon situé à Page Arizona. La maison dispose d'un lit king-size dans la chambre principale, de 2 chambres avec lits queen-size et d'une chambre d'enfants dotée d'un futon complet et d'un ensemble de lits superposés.

Don't let the outside of this house discourage you. The inside is nicely decorated and very comfortable! The kitchen area is bigger than it looks in the pictures.
The location is great if you're visiting Lake Powell, the Colorado River, or North Rim of the Grand Canyon. The check-in process was easy. However, the number of beds isn't what is listed in the description. There are no bunkbeds which means there are 9 beds, but it worked out well for us because we ended up with 9 people instead of 10. The couch is large and comfortable so I suppose someone could sleep there. The only downside was that it was difficult to get responses from the owner when we had questions about the property prior to our arrival.

House is spacious and adequate for a family. Plenty of space. Kitchen is well equipped.
Host is readily available and responsive to needs. He quickly replaced damaged pots and pans during our stay and was open to a later check out when we first thought we might need one.
It is an older house that could benefit from a deeper cleaning at some intervals between multiple rentals.

After receiving all the check in info from VRBO, I was pleasantly greated by a house full of people. The property owner seemed sincere at 1st and blamed VRBO for telling him I cancelled He promised to help me find another house but ghosted me after that. VRBO said he must have booked it also on Air B&B. VRBO took care of us and found hotel rooms for all of us and paid for the 1st night so we could figure out the rest of the trip. I am sure the house is fine. Be cautious when considering this house, double and triple check with the property owner well in advance so you don't walk in on a whole family staying at the house.

Our Stay here was wonderful. The rooms and beds were nice. The bathrooms and showers were clean. The kitchen had all necessary things for easy meals. The living room was comfortable. Location was excellent. Not just where Page is in relation to big attractions, but also where the house is located within Page. It's on a nice residential street. Close to restaurants and shopping. Definitely take a minute to eat at Big John's BBQ. it was some of the best I've ever had.

Weekend in Page
Kids loved the TVs in every room. It comfortably accommodated our group of 4 adults and 5 children.

The house was very comfortable, everything was nice. Would like to rent in the future. There was only a few things that would make the stay even better. An outlet outside so we could charge our boats after a day of fishing on Lake Powell and a chest freezer to keep all our fish frozen. But the host Josh was very friendly and responsive to our requests.

The great stay
Sutton home was a great experience and find!! Checking in was super easy, we got the instructions from the host on how to access the house and had no problem. The house is fully equipped, super clean and very comfortable!! The location is perfect, all the tours and hike trails are close by; also the neighborhood is safe. The host was great at communicating and responded to anything we needed. Only thing we couldn’t get to work was the WiFi but it worked for us since we were mostly out and about. I will definitely come back to Sutton home for my next AZ vacation !! Thank you for an amazing stay !!!

Great place to stay while visiting Lake Powell
This was a great rental property for our recent stay during a family reunion at Lake Powell. Perfect location, clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of space to park our boat. I appreciated coming off the lake to bathrooms fully stocked with toiletries and extra towels, so we could clean up and relax. My siblings and our kids felt at home, and the kids loved the TVs in the various rooms during down time. The owners were great at communicating and making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

This was a very nice house that suited our needs perfectly.
We were on a house boating trip and this was a perfect location for
Lake Powell, restaurants and shopping for our trip.
We had eight people and there was plenty of room.
We will be back to Lake Powell and would definitely stay here again.

Two thumbs up
Only stayed one night after driving in from Las Vegas airport, before boarding our Lake Powell houseboat rental. But this place was clean, comfortable, and big enough for our group of 7 while still being an inexpensive option vs. staying at a hotel. I was a little nervous that I hadn't heard anything about check-in until day of, but the owner came through with access instructions via email and text, and responded to text messages immediately with recommendations on restaurants. Very comfortable
We stayed with our adult children and spouses and enjoyed the short trip to Lake Powell each day. It is also close to Horseshoe Bend, which is a beautiful sight. It worked for 10 of us, but one person had to sleep on the couch. There is a bathroom in the master and the other 8 people tried to share the other bathroom, which was tricky. The kitchen was good for our meal preparation and had all we needed, but 10 people don’t fit around the table. The fridge only had 2 shelves and we struggled to fit all the food we brought with us for 4 days. The backyard is large and has a patio with a barbecue but there is no grass or shade at all. Check-In was simple and communication was great. The men enjoyed the large tv’s to stream sports in the evenings. I would recommend it overall.

Great location for access to Powell
We came to do some boating on lake Powell for the week. This was just the right price, size, and location for a place to stay for our family summer trip.

Fit our family’s needs!
We were looking to get an early start to our weeklong houseboating trip on Lake Powell by staying over in Page the night before. This house had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. Location was very convenient and easy to find. Joshua was a perfect host—quickly responded to any questions and and check-in and entry couldn’t have been easier.

Dandy for a small family reunion
I would stay here again. However, one of the bedrooms had bunkbeds that were not sleep-able because the mattresses were outdated and the comforter had crumbs on it.

Great Place!
We had a small mix up with our booking but Josh went over and above to fix the problem. We had a great stay! Best place we have stayed in Page yet and we go every year! Would definitely stay again next summer!! Beds were very comfortable after a day on the lake and the Kitchen had everything you could need.

Awesome place to stay in Page - and would recommend to everyone.
Joshua was a fantastic person to deal with - answering any questions, gave recommendations and let us have an early check in.
The house is clean, tidy and very spacious. It has a very well-equipped kitchen and even bathroom supplies for guests to use.
The beds were extremely comfortable and the air-conditioning was also great to have. It was very convenient to have wi-fi included. It was perfect to have place where we could do a spot of laundry too.
The photos don't do this little gem justice! I would recommend anyone wanting to stay at "home away from home" to definitely stay here!
