Todo perfecto! El apartamento es muy espacioso, especialmente el salón. Todas las habitaciones tienen mucha iluminación y salida al patio. En la cocina hay todo el menaje necesario, incluyendo cafetera italiana, nespresso, tostadora, exprimidor o microondas. Dejan un kit con estropajo, paño, pastillas lavavajillas,… La plaza de parking es cerrada, y al ser tan grande caben dos coches. Está sitiado cerca de la playa de Ondarreta, pero puedes ir al centro dando un agradable paseo por La Concha. Destacar la amabilidad de la empresa que lo gestiona, que hasta nos llamaron al día siguiente para ver si todo estaba correcto. Te envían un enlace con toda la información necesaria: dirección, acceso al parking, wifi, lugares de interés…

The location is good however it is not close to the main town

There were mice!!! After the first night we found a large hole eaten out of a pineapple we had bought, and mouse droppings on the counter in the kitchen, by the windows in the kitchen, and in the living room and two of the bedrooms. The apartment was VERY hot - like an oven. There were fans available but the atmosphere remained hot and oppressive. We couldn’t open windows as they were all doors which opened on to a balcony which was on the ground floor level, so it didn’t feel safe. The balcony / verandah area was green with algae and not inviting to sit out on. There was no view - all windows look on to the walls of the balcony. Disappointing compared with the pictures and the mouse infestation was unacceptable. We found mouse traps in the garage so the infestation was clearly known about in the block, although the rental company did not know about it and were horrified - they were helpful and moved us to a new apartment the same day we reported the problem.

good location, car park was excellent which is an underground car park with its on internal secure garage to keep not only your car secure but wetsuits and other equipment safe to hang dry. local amenities are all 5 min sites walk, beach is 1 minute walk.

Loved the decor and overall aesthetic of the apartment - it was clean, bright, and the wrap-around terrace was lovely. Definitely one of the nicest places I've stayed in - and the beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was outfitted with what we needed, including cleaning supplies. The host was responsive and answered our questions quickly. I really liked the brochure and recommendations for pintxo restaurants they provided, it's a nice local touch. The parking spot underground was very handy to keep our rental car secure. The location was excellent, being so close to the beach and a few blocks away from a grocery store and bars and restaurants.

Picking up the key in town was a bit hard with traffic and parking. The laundry machine was broken.
