Clean, good location, nice breakfast, and friendly staff

Air con is not too cold in my room, even i did set at 16-18 degrees

Nice spacious room and very comfy The staff are extremely friendly specially Dea and the others. Would definitely come back.

The gym was just empty room with a treadmill and a push bike.

Room was clean and comfortable - we enjoyed the bed and the water pressure in the shower. Unfortunately we slept through breakfast so can’t comment on the food.

The staff at checkin were just okay, not very accommodating but not rude either. Would be nice to be greeted with a smile

I will stop again no. I won't recommend it to my friends either. now I will tell you why. I don't think that this hotel has 4 stars, here are the following facts: 1) When you check in, you will be met by a cockroach. 2) the bedding is changed, but not all. 3) There is no soundproofing, you can hear the neighbors, and especially everything that happens on the street, this is a place where there is a large crowd of motorcycles, it is very difficult to sleep. 4) The same type of breakfast does not change every day. 5) From the choice of coffee, there is only Americano, everything else you need to pay money, so I stupidly paid 40K rupees for a cappuccino, while the employee did not warn that you need to pay money for a cappuccino. 6) You have to be careful with the change, because it will simply get lost, I found out that it took three days, on the third day they found that they did not give the change, when the employee brought it, I did not count it, it turned out that I brought half of the amount. 7) There is no drinking water in the room, you have to constantly go and collect it. 8) Toilet paper of such quality that you can make a hole in one place, this also applies to napkins

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, had great view and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.
