very friendly and extremely helpful staff. Whenever we needed anything, from fresh water bottles to empty family cooking litter boxes, etc etc Jay was always available. We were a family of twelve. With the four seperate bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and a privacy space such as own balcony or terrace, plus the community soaces, large kitchen with large space for family dinner, plus private poolarea … we felt private and safe in Casa Biance. Surf beach was only a 5 minutes walk away. Jasmine gave us sufficient information and answered all over our questions instantly before and during our stay (airport transfer, ferry transfer, etc) she was always „available“

It was a short and pleasant stay.

There were ants in the bathroom and the keys to the door were not working, but it's fine since the place feels secure.

The garden is lovely and each room gets a private outdoor space - we loved the hammock! The room was really big, comfy bed and the bathroom was great. Hot shower with good water pressure. Good air conditioning. The kitchen facilities were useful and there was free drinking water which was nice. Location is also good for Cloud 9 if you plan to rent a scooter, if you want to walk to restaurants etc. then this probably isn't the best place to stay. They also allowed us to check in early which was really helpful - friendly staff.

The pictures look great but unfortunately our stay didn't meet our expectations. There is no sign on the gate so it took us ages to find the place as the taxi hadn't heard of it before. A sign would be very useful! The accommodation is very expensive for what you get. We paid a bit extra for the bigger room with the outdoor bathroom but upon check in we were shown to the cheaper room. I told the staff but they didn't really speak any English so it took a while but they did then show us to the correct room so this was fine! For the price we paid, I was expecting the room to be quite luxurious but it was very basic. The room could have done with a lamp or some bedside tables and the wifi didn't work that well in our room. We woke up very early every day because the curtains are so thin that it is bright light at 5am. In terms of value for money, this was one of the more expensive places we stayed in the Philippines but there was no breakfast included and no welcome drink or anything. We also hired a scooter from the accommodation but they only had 1 helmet for 2 of us whereas other places we hired bikes they always had 2 helmets. Not huge problems but maybe some things to improve.
