Super lovely apartments, nice garden and bar

Great location on the ocean with beach front access and close to General Luna shops and restaurants. The Barrel Bar is adjacent with lively entertainment. The food is good.

Room needs updating with new mattress and new towels. No hand towels were offered and no soap or shampoo was offered. The reception area is at the hotel bar with the bar tender being moody and seems put out to assist and does not speak or understand English well. There is no pool.

- Private beachfront is very nice and swimmable during high tide - Location is near other restaurants - Room is very spacious - The Barrel restaurant is nearby and it serves good food. On some nights, they have a trivia contest which is well-attended - Value for money - They provide emergency light and fan in case of power outages - Staff was very nice and accommodating

- The road leading to the hotel is not developed and has a lot of puddles - The bed was springy, seems old and needs to be replaced - The sink was clogged - The fire extinguisher in the room is already expired

More than the location and the amenities, I really would like to commend the staff of this apartment. They are friendly, accommodating and service oriented. I surely will recommend this apartment to my friends.

I saw Big cockrouch in the room. Unfortunately, I had to kill it. OMG. But I understood that the room was located in front of a beach.

Staff were very accommodating.

It could have been better if there’s also a swimming pool. And drainage inside the bathroom can be improved as the smell is a bit bad whenever we take a shower/bath.

The room we stayed in is very clean, very spacious and the beds are perfect. The staff are also very attentive to our needs and we enjoyed the accoustic sessions in the bar/resto..literally outside our doorsteps.

The staff in the property is not welcoming and attentive on your needs. Food is ok.

Location is very central in the Tourism Road. Staff are warm and accommodating.

Sheets and linens can be improved. A/C is not cooling the room enough. Our room was warm. Fix the faucet in the bathroom, it's installed sideways.

Beachfront… just the perfect location… very convenient to everything in GL. They’re also near to one of the famous bars in the area so food and drinks (and billiards) are readily available. Despite that, they still maintain the chill and relaxing vibe of the beach so kudos!

Restroom wasn’t cleaned well when we checked-in. There were dead small insects in and around the sink. Not much of a dealbreak for me but might be to other guests

The rooms have a beautiful view of the ocean, the bed is very comfortable and has excellent Wi-Fi (ask for room #2, it is right under the Wi-Fi receiver) they have a open air bar and on the weekends they have live entertainment. The location is excellent, right in the downtown area close to everything. I also have a scooter you can rent for only 400 pesos per day.  the staff was very friendly and accommodating.  I would highly recommend this location. 

Instead of a white sand beach, they have a cement break water. So you can’t sit on the beach, but swimming and snorkeling was excellent. 

The location was great. Close to great restaurants and shops. Being right on the private beach was amazing - lovely garden and immediate access to the beach. Spectacular sunrises from the veranda and beautiful ocean view all day long. Loved it. The onsite restaurant had great food, and it was really nice having the breakfast included. And the onsite live music on Weekends was such a nice touch. The rooms were large, clean and well appointed. All staff were friendly and helpful...special shout out to Trisha and Julian- they were amazing.

The property backs onto the Barrell Bar so some nights (trivia night) it was a bit loud. The bathroom plumbing could use a face lift/upgrade.

Easily the best for its price and location, beach front and its just near restaurants and everything else. Rooms were clean and spacious, AC well functioning and a plus for having a terrace porch. I was impressed with the staff, very helpful and considerate. They allowed me to have shower and change even pass check out time. The drinks in the bar were cheap and good, breakfast was okay. Over all 4.5/5.

the best thing about this place is it location. on beach front with very good scenery however Everything else is "just okay"...the room, the food...I feel the place has a lot of potential if owners decided to upgrade it. Thereseen the lady on the bar was very helpful though

the seatings on beachfront were not so comfortable the scenery was jus amazing but beacuse i had to sit on iron chairs or sand i could not enjoy it very much.

Beach bar and attached Barrels Bar were excellent for food and service. Area is very good and they have motorcycle for rent. The beach outlook is awesome, wake up in the morning and there it is.

Room amenities are basic, but flushing toilet and tissue is provided. A little attention to the rooms and this would be a really great place to stay.

They lost the keys, so could not check in for hours. The beach on the property is public access, very crowded. Directly behind the property is Bar-rel, a very loud and lively night club. It felt like privacy was limited, especially due to the lost key. They made a new key as opposed to changing the locks. No ammenities or TV, everything closed very early.

Clean rooms with sea view from the bed. The recently renovated ones are beautiful.Very good location: close to all restaurants and bars. Right at the beach, nice beachbar with good food and & cocktails. Breakfast was good too. Relaxed and warm atmosphere with very friendly and caring staff. Quiet at night. Best value for money!
