the location of the hotel was not very central to the city center

The rooms were perfect for me. The TV had all the programs I wanted to watch. They would change towels and linen every single day. The staff was super sweet. Their breakfast was nice. Fatah was an amazing manager, the receptionist was very sweet, and the cleaning staff was friendly.

Nothing. Everything was perfect. Although I stayed for 15 days and I paid quite a bit.

Excellent staff. The shuttle service was exceptional. Perfectly clean and spacious room. The hotel is very close to the airport. I'll come back again insha'a Allah.

Smell in the room / mosquitoes breakfast pretty average

The breakfast was great. The hotel location for access to the airport was great. Staff were friendly and efficient and the transport offers went above and beyond expectations. The rooms were clean, modern and well presented.

The air conditioning in one of the rooms was not functioning correctly so the room was too warm and stuffy for achieving a good nights sleep. We checked in too late to be bothered to change the room for the one night that we stayed in transit at this hotel. I am sure we could have relocated if necessary.
