Está justo en la subida del castillo. Dejan llevar perro por 5€ la noche.

Muchas escaleras para subir a la habitación :/ No era lo esperado al ver las imágenes pero para dormir un par de días y poco más, está pasable.

La ubicación excelente

El acceso al hotel es un poco complicado con las maletas Los colchones del hotel pésimos no son nada confortable ay faltaba un poco de colchas o mantas de veran.

The hotel is inside the fort but does not have a view. The rooms are nice and clean. the staff very friendly.

We could not get the car in and had to walk a long distance uphill to reach the hotel. The hotel says they sent us a mail but we did not receive the mail as it was sent to booking.com

There wasn't a reception we were just handed the key and left to it. On the site it said there was a place for breakfast but this literally was a house converted into rooms. There was no kettle either although it stated it on the site. No information was provided just the wifi code which was pointed to on the wall ...very odd meet & greet but made us laugh

Location and the daily clean and towel change

The room was big, very clean, simply but nicely decorated. Nice, modern bathroom. The location can't be beat; in the middle of the old walled city, close to restaurants, the castle, and beautiful views.

There's no door to the bathroom and the hallway lights are on a motion-sensor that can't be turned-off (the hallway between the bedroom and the bathroom) Not ideal in the middle of the night. I understand why the bathroom door was removed as it would have banged into the main room door which is also in the hallway. You can add a door where the hallway meets the room, problem solved.

The location is nice, the room has A/C, the staff is nice.

I booked a deluxe room with a sea view, there was technically a way to view the sea from the room so that's true but charging extra for that view is another story, my advice is DO NOT do it. The deluxe part was a joke, the bed was bad, there was a support missing and the mattress was horrible. The breakfast is very bad, go elsewhere. To finish, the main door of the hotel does not open properly and the lobby smells... All and all not a very good experience, but I spent little time in the room so I survived. We loved the decor and high quality of furnishings. The staff were warm, welcoming, diligent and very helpful. The location with direct views to the sea and beautiful shops and restaurants nearby was unbeatable. The view from the balcony of the room was magical and just stunning! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it! We are planning to return with more family. The restaurant adjoined to the hotel is on the old town wall overlooking the sea. The food was outstanding.

We had the most amazing sea view directly from our bed. The room was new and lovely decorated and the hotel was located very close to the beach and many restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.
