All the facilities were there for a hostel. Close to the station, restaurants, and historical centre. A few blocks from the beach, but that’s ok.

The washrooms were wayyyy to small. And the a/c units didn’t seem to be working as the rooms were very hot. Nice big rooms but not enough air circulation.

There's no reception and the entrance is very weird. There's no staff in the hostel, only the cleaning ladies in the morning (who are very nice). Going in for the first time is quite confusing. The AC was not working...

this hostel is so good

Convenient location, really comfortable, cozy setup. I met some wonderful folks here and enjoying using the kitchen. The whole place was astonishingly clean, and the beds were remade, with a new towel each day. Also, the cleaning staff, Manuela and Ana were sweethearts! I would return in a heartbeat.

The lack of reception made the arrival a little confusing and impersonal. But the instructions they give are clear enough and accurate. I'm just glad nothing went wrong, becuase then I don't know who we could've contacted or how we would've resolved it.

Great location, affordable price

It is like average hostel, the room is fine and toilets are clean, common area is oke, nothing is fancy and nothing is bad. The door opening through internet is innovative but can go wrong if your phone is off or net is weak.

Like any hostel you have to be lucky with your room mates that they don't make noise. The kitchen is minimalist and does not encourage cooking but it is oke. The online door opening needs mobile internet but it works fine. The double bed could be fixed to the wall to reduce vibrations.

The location is very good, 5 minutes walking to the city centre and everything is near by.

The fact that the ladies who's was cleaning the property didn't speak English at all and she asked me to show my ID in order to prove that I'm staying at the property, since i was the only black-Man! It was unnecessary!

The hosts were hard to reach. After 3 days still no answer. There were problems dividing the beds The bathrooms and toilets were extremely unhygienic and constantly smelled of chlorine. The description to open the door on the first day was too complicated and incomprehensible. If you don't have wifi you can't check in/you can't open the door from the hostel. There is very little light in the corridors.

5 min walk to Bari train station, responsive staffs, decent kitchen and common area, they make the bed and change the towel everyday, individual curtain on each bed for privacy

no lights in the room except for bed side light, there was one guy who was smoking all the time in the bathroom even though the staff warned him already, the locker was just one big cage under the bed which obviously will bump loudly, hot water is hit or miss.

Nobody was there for check-in, my phone had broken down & couldn't get in or talk to anyone. The place smelled horribly. Bathrooms & kitchen weren't very clean. Shower didn't work well& Kitchen lacked basic elements for eating, drinking or cooking. No elevator! Beware if you have heavy luggage!! Also hostel is on a noisy avenue

Nice clean hostel located in 5 minutes from Bari Centrale and in 15 minutes from downtown. Kitchen is small but well equipped. It was very warm, there’s a general heating system, what is important if you travel in winter. You must have a lock if you want to keep your belongings secured

No sound isolation - absolutely. You can here everything from the street and also from the common area. Would be nice to have a good doors to the rooms. Otherwise the only way to sleep is to use earplugs ((

The room was really nice, i enjoyed the curtains for privacy and everything was clean. Multiple bathrooms some better than other but overall really nice hostel

The check in process is a little bit annoying, luckily I had mobile data but unless you have that, its quite difficult. The kitchen was tiny

Location, comfortable bed

There is no kettel in the kitchen. Wifi is not good enough,but still it's possible to connect to open outside door,if you are without internet

Close to the sea and train station

I was wait for check-in code more than 3 hour, because Booking.com send me short cut massage doesn't contain any information, and the hostel didn't send any check-in code for me. It was bad situation really

Hygienic cleanliness is good.

Kitchen: - The available nonstick cookware set (hot cooking) has scratches on Teflon surface coating, which is hazardous to human health; so it needs to be replaced with a new one. - A new wooden spoon set with long handles is required for scratch-free hot cooking. - Chopping/cutting board (wooden) and a knife set (chef's/santoku/paring/utility) required. Bathroom: - 2/5 bathrooms need maintenance. - Rubber slippers pair required in each bathroom.
