CHAMONIX Large warm apartment, tastefully decorated, R. D.C. a cottage.
Appartement de 50 m2 situé à 5 mn à pied du centre ville, et au pied du téléphérique de l'Aiguille du Midi, exposition plein sud, jardin privatif devant l'appartement, entrée indépendante, comprenant 3 pièces : grande cuisine-salle à manger, 1 chambre avec lit double, un grand salon avec canapé clic-clac, une salle d'eau avec douche et W.C ,( une chauffeuse transformable en matelas pour un enfant, sur demande préalable ).
Par suite d'un arrêté de la commune de Chamonix, les cheminées à foyer ouvert ne doivent plus être utilisées pour cause de pollution. Donc la cheminée présente dans le salon devient une cheminée uniquement décorative.
ATTENTION : à partir de janvier 2024, sur décision de la Mairie, les bus redeviennent payants.
cependant une forte réduction est appliquée sur présentation de la carte d'hôte.
le mulet reste gratuit.
IMPORTANT : à partir du 1er avril 2024, le garage actuel ne sera plus disponible.
vous pourrez garer votre véhicule près du chalet, sur un emplacement couvert privatif (voir photos).

We had a wonderful time on our first trip to Chamonix and can’t wait to return! The house was lovely, listing was accurate, and host was very sweet. Would stay there again!

The appartment fited perfectly our expectations. Super comfortable, warm in winter, with its own entrance, so you don’t need to see anyone else. Indoor Parking within short walking distance. In the center of Chamonix but super quiet. Highly recommended!!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We relaxed by the pool and spa. We ate dinners outside by the fire pit and loved some quality family time.
Brandon was excellent with communication. The pool and spa were perfect temps. Everything was clean and the grocery store was nearby.
We loved the zoo and the aerial tram ride. We also hiked Palm Canyon Trail which was great for our family. Beds were comfortable as well.

We loved this apartment. Great location, warm and much more spacious than many 1 bed places in Chamonix sud. The kitchen was huge and well equipped. I would definitely book it again for summer or winter.

Clean, warm, and comfortable. The internet was reliable at the apartment. The host was patient with my very basic French. I appreciated the effort to put notices in both French and English around the apartment. We enjoyed our stay, and would come back next time!

Comfortable apartment in a perfect location
This apartment is cozy and spacious, with a nice little yard for eating or resting outside. It is a 30 second walk to the l’Aiguille du Midi cable car and a 5 minute walk to the Chamonix Sud bus stop. We did a lot of hikes from the Flegere lift, so it was very handy being this close to the bus stop. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Very comfortable mattress. Warm and welcoming host. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Appartement au rez-de chaussée, au centre de Chamonix
Appartement avec meubles anciens mais pourvu de tout le comfort. Une belle cuisine équipée et une bonne douche. Une petite chambre avec un très bon lit. Mais surtout le jardin avec vue sur le Mont Blanc. Et la situation très centrale, pas besoin de prendre la voiture. Il y a d’ailleurs un garage pour garer sa voiture, pas loin de la maison.
Hôte très aimable et très discrète.
Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour à Chamonix.

Very good experience
This is a great find, perfect location in the heart of town yet quiet and with a garden. It's a lovely apartment, full of character. Well equipped kitchen and a nice hot shower. This is our second stay here and I'm sure we will be back again.

L’appartement est spacieux et conforme aux photos. Il est bien situé à proximité du centre piétonnier. Le garage et le jardin sont un plus. Pour rejoindre les pistes de ski il suffit de prendre les bus/navettes à proximité.

We totally enjoyed our stay. The property was very comfortable, warm and had all we needed inside. The location was very convenient to get to the bus stop and for shopping. Great location in Chamonix
The apartments great location, just a minutes of walk from the Chaminix center and few meters from Aguile the Midi cable car. Very convenient for two persons, good for four. The unique feature is a small garden to your disposal. Corneille is great host living next door, very easy in communication. We can't speak French but using the online translator worked well.

The location is very good. It would have been easier if we spoke French because it made it difficult to communicate. The property was clean. A couple of things would have made it even better. More towels - we only had two for the whole week. Soap to wash our hands in the bathroom and kitchen, also hand towels in the bathroom.
Also though there were books and a TV as they were all in French we couldn't take advantage. It would be nice to have a few books in English. Future travellers might like to know that the bedroom is very small, with the double bed only accessible from one side and the over the end. The bed was comfortable with a good mattress. There was a well equipped Kitchen and the shower was good.

Property was clean and had excellent facilities, excellent location, secluded and quiet.
Property was well looked after, Owner very friendly and quick to respond to any queries. The chalet was in an excellent location close to facilities but the garden was quiet and not overlooked so we could enjoy the sunshine.

Quaint apartment in a great location.
My wife and I stayed here for three nights. The location is perfect. It is next to the Aiguille du Midi station and only two minutes walking from the main street in Chamonix. You can easily get to everything in Chamonix from this apartment. The owner is very nice and helpful. The apartment is rustic and has some interesting furniture and collectibles. The kitchen, living area and bathroom are large. The bedroom is the only small room in the apartment. The apartment has a very nice yard with a table and chairs. The views are spectacular. You look up to the mountains and Mont Blanc. There is a Carrefour market only five minutes walking away. We were very fortunate that the owner let us park on the property. This was a big plus because parking is difficult find in Chamonix.

Gorgeous cosy apartment and great location!
Absolutely loved this apartment - it was comfy, cosy and spacious, the perfect place to come back to after a long day on the slopes! The kitchen is big and has everything you need and more, the living room is large and the fireplace was the icing on the cake for our romantic week away! Really well located - close to Chamonix Sud bus station so very easy to get to and from the ski buses, a very short walk to the main street with some great restaurants and bars around, and next door to the Aguille de Midi. There is a small garden out the front where the sun shines in in the afternoon. The owner is really hospitable and friendly (we did our best to communicate with my broken French!) and there are instructions for the apartment available in English. Wifi also really fast. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be returning on our next visit to Chamonix!

Great place
This is a great apartment for both winter or summer holidays in chamonix. Big kitchen that can easily sit six people. Big living room with a beautiful old fireplace. The host is very friendly and instructions for the apartment are available in English as is the rent contract. All together this is a great apartment at a great location and I'd be more than happy to come back for my next ski vacation.

Perfect place for a holiday
This is a great place, at a good price. The living room is quite large and looks nice. The kitchen is large as well and equipped with everything you need. This place also offers a nice little garden. Internet connection is also very good. The owner was very helpful when I arrived and provided a contract in English and information about the apartment in English.
