Le propriétaire prend une grande fierté dans ce condo de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain détendu et mis à jour 77 étapes de la plage. Idéal pour les couples, les familles, les snowbirds, les réunions, les voyages chics, etc. Cuisine récemment mise à jour, 2 salles de bains améliorées, nouveaux carreaux, tapis et traitements de fenêtre. Nouveaux meubles, lampes, etc. Très Beachy. 50 pouces TV dans le salon, 3 DVD, 2 chaînes stéréo, Internet haute vitesse. Lit king en maître, jumeaux dans la chambre d'amis. Grande véranda avec vue sur le lagon magnifiquement paysagé, piscine et vue partielle sur le golfe. Le golf est un pâté de maisons, le tennis est sur place, le restaurant est à côté. Location de vélos est sur place tout comme les barbecues et shuffle board. Détendez-vous simplement et profitez de la plage et de la piscine! L'unité est non-fumeur. Petits chiens acceptables. Garage privé avec chaises longues et parasol. Ce coin de paradis a beaucoup de petits extras pour rendre votre séjour spécial! 77 étapes de la plage et à seulement 30 minutes de l'aéroport RSW. Wonderful stay at Sanibel Siesta. The property is very clean, well-maintained and beautifully landscaped. Our unit was exactly as it appeared in the listing and you are truly only a few steps away from Sanibel’s soft beach sand and millions of seashells.

My 2 daughters and I recently returned from a much needed girls trip. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. It was close to the beach (which we definitely wanted) and large enough for us to be comfy during our down time. But the unexpected part was the excellent communication with the owner, Annie. She answered every question we had and offered great suggestions for our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever lucky enough to be able to come back!!

My family has stayed in Sanibel many times over the years. This was our first trip back since Hurricane Ian. There is a lot of construction going on, but it meant there were few people on the beach. The shelling was the best I've ever seen. We had a great stay. The owner was communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a relaxing getaway at the condo in Sanibel. It had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. The space is well appointed and comfortable. The owner is welcoming and helpful. The location of the property could not be better. It is truly paradise being able to spend time in Sanibel and just enjoy the beach and pool without having to bring anything. We will defintiely be back!

My friends and I (6 teachers on summer break;) had an incredible time during our girl's trip to Sanibel Island.
The condo was in the perfect location, allowing us to visit multiple beaches around Sanibel. Among all the beaches we visited, we unanimously agreed that the one near the condo was the best by far.
Our host, Ann, was simply amazing. She was incredibly accommodating, checking in on us regularly and providing excellent recommendations for dinners and outings. Ann even made sure we had more than enough beach chairs for our daily relaxation by the shore.
I cannot recommend this condo and host highly enough - they both deserve an A++++ rating. I am confident that anyone visiting the area will fall in love with it just as we did.

After a hiccup with check in, which the host made up for, this was a great stay! The property managers were as nice as could be as well. Love the location and proximity to the beach!

Both my friend and I had the same immediate first impression after we arrived - we thought this condo was probably one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in on vacation, so that was much appreciated! Short walk to the pool and the beach was very good. Pool is in excellent shape and the pool area is a well-maintained area. No place is perfect, so there are always things to be found that can be improved - for example, the mattresses in both of our rooms could be updated and have provided more support (both of us thought they were not very comfortable to sleep in). Kitchen was adequately stocked for two of us. The complex overall was quiet in the evenings. Loved that you can bring a dog with you to the beach at this condo unit! Condo is a short drive to some very good restaurants.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Sanibel Siesta ! It’s located near great bike trails, golf, tennis, restaurants and shops. The garage has everything you need for the beach along with a wagon to put it all in! The beach is great with lots of shells to gather. The common areas are real pretty with much greenery and flowers. The apartment is situated in a perfect spot near the stairs, garage, laundry, pool, grill, beach and bikes! My family and I enjoyed the screened in porch to play card games or just relax and read a book. Ann was available to answer all my questions. Front desk was helpful too.

We had such a wonderful family trip! The condo was so spacious and relaxing we played games inside and outside on the patio tables. Everything was clean and comfortable. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We will definitely be back for another stay.

The location of this property is great! Just a few steps to the beautiful beach. Very spacious condo. VERY friendly office ladies. If you don't need a lot of extra amenities on site, and just a great place to stay- this is perfect.

We loved the size of the condo and separate bedrooms for our family! It was a perfect distance to the pool and beach! Bikes were easily accessible and a perfect variety of pool and beach toys! A few more linens would have been nice is the only negative. Thanks so much for the stay!!

Everything was fine with the property. We were disappointed that the small den off the master bedroom had no AC so we couldn't use it for our grandchild to sleep in. We managed to put single blowup mattress by the master bed. Was nice to have the garage with beach equipment and toys. They accomomadated us with a second vehicle. We didn't use the bedroom tv's but was nice to have. If we had stayed longer would have made use of movies and games. Walk to beach was just right amount. I would recommend this property. We actually lived here in the 1980s. Have made many trips back. First time staying at lighthouse end of Island. August is not a busy time. The fishing wasn't good. That and shelling are better at other times of year. But this was when our daughter could come. We still enjoyed our time and staying at the property was great.

Everything was perfect and everything was so nice and clean which is hard to do at the beach. The only one negative was 1 bathroom meaning the shower was not working other than that it was perfect!

Great accommodations! Very clean and comfortable within walking distance and in sight of the pool. Access to chairs and beach toys and bike rental onsite. What else more do we need? Loved our stay on Sanibel!

Annie Rice was extremely helpful if guiding us to fun activities (our first time in Florida). Tarpon Bay Explorers kayaks, ferry to Cayo Costa, and Ding Darling preserve, as well as the lovely pool and ocean front were great. The rental was perfect. Everything was very easy to get to.

We loved Sanibel and this condo was perfect. We have 2 kids (age 8 and 10) the ease of bouncing between the pool and beach was great. Staff was friendly and after renting bikes, we could get just about anywhere without a car. We even had dolphins that swam by every afternoon, a huge hit with our kids!

Me and a few friends visited for a few days, and could have used a few weeks!! Very nice place, just wish the shelling was better. Hopefully the ecosystem can replenish quickly.

Enjoyed our weekend at Sanibel Siesta. This unit was exactly like the listing and the owner was very clear with the details of check-in and what would be available to us on arrival. In close proximity to many other condo complexes so we could gather outdoors with family.

We did a last minute trip to Sanibel. Finding a nice property when traveling with a dog can be a challenge. Great experience with the office staff when checking in. Patricia and Sarah are so helpful and friendly. The dog enjoyed the little room off the master bedroom. She could look out the screen door and watch the turtles in the pond. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach.
