Cette maison de deux étages 4 BR / 3 1/2 BA est joliment décorée avec un thème de plage et a une cour clôturée avec une piscine privée.

Une des chambres queen a une salle de bain complète privée et les deux autres chambres partagent une salle de bain complète. La grande suite parentale dispose d'un plafond voûté, d'un coin salon et d'un balcon privé. Il a un lit king et un canapé-lit queen. La salle de bain principale est équipée d'une double vasque, d'une baignoire surdimensionnée et d'une douche à l'italienne.
Vous apprécierez sûrement de vous réunir avec vos amis et votre famille dans la zone en bas. La grande cuisine et la salle à manger pourront facilement accueillir un grand groupe. La grande table de ferme peut accueillir 10 personnes et 4 autres peuvent s'asseoir au bar. La cuisine est bien équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer vos repas pendant votre séjour. Le salon est un espace confortable pour se détendre après la plage! We loved everything about this house ( Texas Moon) we had everything we needed, it was very clean & organize,, the Pool & Patio was a great place to hang out at after a day at the beach,, we will be booking again!!

We've been going to Port Aransas for 15 years, and Texas Moon is by far our favorite rental. The private pool is about 5 feet deep and is plenty big for adults and older kids to play games. The adjacent covered patio is the perfect place for morning coffee, reading, conversation, etc. We've had friends say "Isn't a pool at a beach house a bit redundant?" Our answer is "Try it and see how much it expands your vacation fun!"

Shelly's house was amazing! Kitchen was very well stocked for our needs. Plenty of space for us all to spread out and we never felt cramped. There were 6 girls and 5 moms. The outdoor shower felt fantastic after a full day at the beach covered in sand and sweat and then a plunge into the pool was the icing on the cake at the end of our day. We did not take shampoo/conditioner/soap so that was only minor issue which was probably my fault for not reading what was provided. We would rent this property again and hope we can next summer! Thanks for the hospitality.

Property owner went out of their way to leave my son a sweet card and treats for his birthday. What a fun surprise!
Beds were comfortable, location was right by the beach, kitchen was well organized with plenty of dishes and utensils.
Really enjoyed our stay!
Afternoon sun on the pool, at this time of year (summer) is pretty intense, might suggest that an umbrella/s near the sun chairs would be a nice addition! ;)

We were all very impressed with the accommodations, cleanliness and swimming pool. Only 1 tiny suggestion, needs a full body mirror. We loved it and plan on going back.

The home was very comfortable and the A/C worked very good and we did as instructed to keep it set at the noted temp and it was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped and accommodated all our needs. All bedrooms were very comfortable. Bathrooms were very nice and clean. The whole house was very clean. Large dinning table and additional seating at the island. The pool was wonderful and the lounge area was nice as well. We will definitely stay again. Close to beach and to restaurants in town. Parking was a little tight but we managed. Would have been nice to have a little more shade for around the pool but hey it was hot and it is what it is. Host was very informative and nice. Thanks for having us and keep up the property we will use it again. Greg

Beach home. Extremely clean with easy access to the beach via a short walk. The pool was the star attraction! We would rent again- but next we are renting a golf cart!

Rocky start to the checkin with the code but after that everything was good all vacations have hiccups but the fact that they surpassed as host made them be irrelevant.

Our family very much enjoyed this home. It is very spacious, well equipped, and comfortable. Not only easy to get to the beach, but we also enjoyed the pool. We will plan to stay again when we visit Port Aransas.

We had one set of grandparents, two married couples and 4 boys (ages 5-9) and had plenty of space! Trundle room was great, the living room was perfect, and the dining room had a large enough table next to the kitchen bar where we could all sit and enjoy a meal. Backyard was lovely as was having our own pool. Place was VERY clean. Shelly was great to text with about our arrival & departure. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

My husband and I brought our three daughters ages 20, 17, and 14, plus one 20-year-old BF. The property is well maintained and equipped, and communication with the owner was flawless. The beach is only a 15 minute walk away and the property is equipped with a collapsible wagon to cart your stuff there - so no need for a beach parking permit or golf cart rental if you want to save some $. The private pool was wonderful - so relaxing - a little oasis. Be sure to bring your own beach towels! Bath towels are provided, but you'll need your own beach towels as well as any beach floats/toys that you would like to have.

Beautiful home, well equipped, the backyard private pool was the icing on the cake for a fabulous weekend! Close to the beach and other conveniences! We hope to get the chance to stay here again soon!

We had an awesome vac week in Port A! The house is perfect for a multi-generation family since the bedrooms are separate from the living areas.
The pool was a huge hit with our grandkids and old "kids" as well!
Shelly and Shawn are awesome hosts, we received immediate responses with a few questions we had, we really appreciated that!

This place was perfect for 4 adults and 2 children. We cooked all meals in the very well-appointed kitchen. Spent hours in and around the pool when we weren't social distancing at the beach. Great TV for watching Summer Olympics in the evenings.

Loved the house. The Managers / Owners are great and easy to communicate with. The pool was awesome. Back patio deck was awesome. The private pool was great. The waters were real rough so we just hung out in the pool. A little pricey for us. But you know your budget. It was worth the money. A little of everything is close to the house. So if you forget something no sweat. If your on the fence about it I would book it. You have to take a set of stairs to the entrance and then from there go down or up. The lower level is the living area, dining and kitchen. Upstairs is the bedrooms. Nothing is really ground level unless you enter through the back patio. Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely home.

Everyone from adults to 4 year olds had so much fun! The house was perfect and so clean! The pool was a great way to spend family time and cool off.

We were a party of 8 and the space was perfect. Having 3.5 bathrooms gave everyone privacy and we did not have to wait long for everyone to get ready for our daily adventures. We would have loved a tv in the bunk room, but we survived. Kitchen and dining area were the hang out spots for us. The pool was maintained twice while we were there; knowing its cleaned and taken cared of with us still being under some threat of the pandemic was spot on. The neighborhood is still building, but we were not disturbed by noise or anything like that. It was a perfect area. Shelly was a gracious host and responded to anything we needed immediately. There are plenty of plates, flatware, toiletries, towels, first aid needs, seasonings, etc in the home. You will not be disappointed. Hoping to visit again soon.

What a great home. Beautiful and short drive to the beach. The pool and roominess of the home was great for 8 adults. No one felt cramped and plenty of bathrooms.

This was the best place we've stayed in our last 7 years visiting the island! The owner was extremely responsive. The house was very clean and well-stocked. The decor was perfect for a beach house and the outdoor space was perfect for a group! We will definitely be back!

The house was well laid out giving everyone in our group plenty of space. The decor was super cute and beach themed. The pool and patio were perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking. The beach is just around the corner and easy to get to. There were smart TVs in all the rooms for winding down in the evening.

From booking to check in, working with Shelley was a breeze. This house is GORGEOUS and beautifully decorated with the most adorable beach theme! (The beach theme welcome basket and personalized sign was a sweet touch). Bedrooms are all upstairs and the master bed was super comfy! Other rooms seem to not get very cool but the thermostat was on 68! Plenty of coffee filters, ziploc bags, cups, plates, utensils, pots/pans, paper towels, toilet paper, spices, games and movies for night time or rainy days and TVs in every room with Netflix! The backyard is perfect size with a pool and plenty of lounge and patio chairs for outdoor gatherings! Shelley had extra propane for the grill since it was out when we arrived. Beach is not really walkable (unless you only plan to bring a towel) but an annual vehicle beach permit is $12 (or you can rent a golf cart for a reasonable price) and there’s plenty of parking and spots to setup a canopy and play in the white sand beaches! We went out to dinner one night at Fins and it was SO good! We all enjoyed our dishes and the drinks too! We were able to park two trucks and 1 SUV in the driveway and the neighborhood was super cute and safe! We had 6 adults and 4 kids for three nights and all fit comfortably in this home! Highly recommend!!!

This is our second year staying here for my birthday celebration weekend with our family. Shelly is a great communicator and the place is immaculately clean. We will stay again next time :) Can't wait!

We enjoyed the stay at the property and would suggest it as a good last-minute option despite being on the high-side of cost. We had few issues with the overall cleanliness - the floor was sandy upon entry but i don’t think you can escape it at a beach house :). We really enjoyed the pool and the location was nice and tucked away. Golf cart rentals are just down the road and the beach is 5 mins away; we liked the location and met up with friends for some socially distanced beach time! Some things may need to be addressed soon - the refrigerator didn’t really cool all that well, the utensils/pans show some heavy wear (we cooked breakfast every day and had everything we needed), the lawn has lots of stickers (my kids found them fast and at least once a day as they played). Overall though, we were pleased and really liked the place.

Beautiful, comfortable, convention location walking distance to beach. The outside area with pool and kitchen/dining together was favorite hangout area. The kitchen had everything you need.
