Location was amazing, it's a cute little flat with great access to the beach. Staff at RBR were lovely and very helpful when I accidentally locked myself out.

Beds are cheap mattresses. The queen bed mattress is very squeaky and you can feel the springs. The single mattresses in the bunk room are foam mattresses except for one, which my friend slept on. Apart from the beds, the apartment is well maintained and beautiful.

The location was excellent. Bathrooms were clean, spacious and shower heads made showering enjoyable. Lovely decor

Cutlery was dirty . Main Lounge was worn and sagged.

Property check out time was 9 am and we had to drop keys off and pick up in another suburb. Staff where nice and let us have a later check out time, but this wasn’t clear only after you paid did you find this information.

Love the location although the driveway is be a bit scary to exit if cars or trucks park in the wrong spot for you to exit ..but this is out of your control .

The lack of glasses and cooking essentials we had to go out and buy glasses to use we did not want to drink out of plastic wine glasses . and a baking pan to use which cost $7 from K Mart . staying a week we didn't want to eat out every night we wanted to eat at home and enjoy the view . the knives and forks are very cheap and nasty . K Mart have very inexpensive to fit out a house . Not telling you what to do just offering some feedback .

Construction happening on apartment directly above, loud hammering / concrete cutter? Wasn’t mentioned to me and I had a 4 month old who is easily woken. Key pick up drop off a bit of a hassle especially because it’s right on the NSW border but it was very quick and easy with the staff at RBR. checkout of 9am was a bit too early. Bare minimum of dishwashing tablets, washing powder, soap, toilet paper etc so make sure you bring plenty, we stayed 5 nights so everything was needed. These are minor little things that don’t take away from the stay at all.
