No rear security/fencing Bbq needed light Pool not cleaned as per listing (Mondays) Some bedding stained (sheets and doona)

We loved how close the house was to the beach. It was also nice to have the popular walking path right there in the back yard. Cool spot.

The pool was brisk, but then again we rented during winter. Access to the outside from inside the house was mostly controlled by a single key. i.e. for many doors you needed the key to get out of the house. This would be a fire escape issue which I hope the owners can resolve going forward.

Perfect location right on the beach, we were an extended family of 11 from Southland NZ and the house accommodated us perfectly, kids aged 7, 8, 9, 13 just lived in the property pool even though the water temperature was a little cool some days as it was mid-May. The table tennis in the garage also got well used. Location was quiet, access to beach totally perfect without needing to cross any roads just the footpath. We hired cycles and used the path numerous times to visit coffee shops. Our hire vehicle was necessary to get places as nothing too close to house, but that was no bother as the peacefulness made up for it. Thank you Sentosa for a perfect stay, after 10 days everyone wanted to stay forever!!

Pool temperature could have been a little warmer for that time of year would have been nice, but not a biggy. TV in main bedroom we couldn't get to go but again not really s problem just would've been good to have as extra when kids wanted to watch different programs

perfect location with direct access to wonderful beach, great pool with shallow shelf for kids. loads of space both in and around the property . spotlessly clean . High spec finish on property. easy drive to Surfers snd Byron . 2 min drive from airport . very helpful staff st the office

would have been great to have beach /pool towels. first coastal property we have used that didn’t have an eskie or beach toys , boogie boards etc available for kids so had to shop immediately

in one of the en suites there was no door between it and the bedroom providing no privacy

Everything was excellent and beautiful! We loved the views and the relaxing aspects the property provided such as the open living space and easy access to the beach!

We found the lack of basic cooking ingredients and dish washing liquid a bit difficult. We had to buy our own oil, salt, pepper and dishwashing detergent as we did not want to leave the house in a mess. We felt as if these basics would've helped a lot during our stay.

Rubbish bins were full, remote batteries were either missing or flat. The pool was too cold to use, would’ve been nice if it was heated already.
