Location is good. Place is quite comfortable. Good value for money.

Very poor communication with owners. We asked for extra bed sheets, they said they would come the next day. They never came and never answered their phone when I messaged them to remind them. Even the last day, for check-out, they never replied to my message. We never heard from them at all. The bathroom door doesn't close, you can only close it by moving the washing machine in front of door.

The flat is large and sufficient for 4 people and accordingly the kitchen is well equipped. The apartment is very clean and well located near the old town. The internet connection was also available at all times without any problems.

Despite its size and cleanliness, we only liked the flat to a limited extent because it is very soberly furnished. There are beds, cupboards, a table, chairs and a sofa, but that's it. There are almost no pictures on the wall, there are no shelves, hooks or storage possibilities and in this respect the flat only conveys a very impersonal atmosphere.

Apartment is basic but fine, close to beaches and some stores/restaurants, and you can get to the old town using stairs (200 steps)

Host arrived 45 minutes late (even though we communicated the arrival time), but we were compensated a bit for this

Very close tot he beach and the old town. The rooms were big and the common area was a good size too. Internet worked well. Kitchen had everything we needed. Washing machine was very helpful to have. Internet worked well.

The shower barely drains.

The apartment was very clean, well situated close to the port and the old city, still very calm. Good wifi and good air conditioning (heat). Easy and secure parking. When we arrived, the owner was quick to arrive and when we had a small issue, he fixed it very quickly. This was really appreciated.

Although the apartment is well equiped (washing machine), there are little things missing such as one electric kettle, coffee machine, only one bed lamp, missing as well hooks in the bedroom to hang the towels. Some dishes (pots& pans) need to be replaced (too old). There could be a couple more decorations as well to make you feel more at home.

A great and spacious apartment in a super location. The kitchen is really well equipped making self catering super easy.

The apartment is nice, modern, bright and very well equipped. The location couldn't be better (Tropea is within walking distance). Our children (1 and 3 years) immediately felt at home there. Everything perfect!

The location is excelent and everything is new and clean.

There is everything in the apartment but nothing more. I mean that it's not cosy.

The apartment is clean, spacious and fully equipped. Close to several beaches, a little further to the center. Very welcoming hosts, contact with them was at the highest level.

Pretty thin walls. We could hear noises from the neighbors below us and the conversations of the neighbors next door. Only two toilet rolls for 2 people for 6 days.

- The sea view floor apartment on the ground floor is not really sea-view, I'd say more wall-of-the-harbour-view - No toiletries (just some liquid soap) - Only two toilet rolls for 4 people for 2 days (we had to find a place where to buy more) - The second bedroom of the "sea-view" apartment faces the backyard which means no privacy since the people of the upper apartment that have the entrance there come in and out all day and can see you if you have the window open, you will be wakened up by them in the night when they will come back home and by the lady in the morning that washes the floor

Close to town center, beaches and mini-market.

Inventory was not as stated on web site for "superior apartment". There was no coffee machine, no bathrobes, no toiletries, one roll toilet paper, no safety deposit box, no tea towels. Tiny balcony was unusable due to air conditioner leaking water which dripped onto the neighbours below who complained to us. We contacted the owner who said the problem would be fixed, however it was not. The only provisions were dish washing liquid and hand disinfectant.

Proximity of old town and beaches, modern and newly renovated, friendly management

Some features of the apartment were not practicle ie no hooks for big towels in bathroom, missing coat hangers, no kitchen towels
