Super clean and comfortable! Everything worked perfectly and the rooms had air conditioning which was Absolutely Amazing, especially in the warm summer months.
The common kitchen area has everything you need for a comfortable stay: coffee, tea, snacks, fruits…and the neighbourhood is near the university so there are some nice bars and affordable eats. 100% recommend!

It is a very comfortable place to stay. It is spotlessly clean and tastefully modernised. There is a delightful garden to sit in and relax. The owner is available and very willing to assist with any queries. The area is convenient for walking into the city centre and the bus service is frequent and inexpensive.
There is nothing that I would change.

Very nicely curated; nice room and bathroom, excellent common kitchen and outside space.
Location is good, reasonably close to the historic centre but on a rather busy road with narrow sidewalks. Our room was at the back, so totally quiet.

Perfect stay 15 minutes by walk from the heart of Verona. There is everything in the apartment that you need. Very clean and very comfortable. Just infront of the Santa Marta Rooms&Studios you will find big supermarket and bus stop (in case that you want to go to the center by bus). Around 1-5 minutes by walk you will find restaurants and shops. Kitchen have full equipment. Comfortable bads and pillows. And don't forget to buy pizza from "Wallet pizza" (7-8 minutes by walk) - definitely one of the best in Italy!

Easy access to the apartment - clear messaging - well equipped kitchen and thoughtful
touches - soft drinks and designated fridge area and pretty, leafy courtyard with seating and tables. Within walking distance of the old town, bus stop and handy supermarket opposite. Able to leave luggage to collect later on day of checkout.
Fairly easy acceas from station but needed more info on bus routes as arrived on public transport and got a bit lost. Check out could be a bit later than 10 am- especially at the rates which were the same as a hotel if not more.

Set in a beautifully renovated house in Veronetta, 15 minutes by foot from the old city center, Santa Marta has a unique charm. We loved the aesthetics of the interiors and enjoyed the private garden filled with lush plants. Our room was in the attic, so no views or balcony, but very quiet and equipped with a spacious bathroom. You can feel totally at home here. Guests have access to the kitchen with their own shelf in the fridge, coffee and tea. There is a supermarket and a greengrocer right in front of the residence. Davide is a careful and forthcoming host who will take his time to show you the premises and give you useful tips. We loved it!

Our room for three was very bright and spacious and prudently filled with two bottles of water on the fridge, glasses for our wine, beautiful cups and plates. The best way to sleep in Verona. ♥️

Very stylish and clean apartment in Verona, just outside the historic central area but within a 10 minute walk. Lovely courtyard garden and thoughtful touches throughout. The area is less touristy than the main centre and there are some authentic trattorias nearby. On street parking available for free just outside.
Nothing at all. It’s not right in the historic centre but this was actually quite nice as it felt quieter and more authentic.

I really like the design of the accommodation, and the kindness and availability of the host; I think I felt in love with this place. It is not too far from the city centre, either walking or bus (5-10 min depending where you going). The accommodation is around 20 min from Porta Nuova train station by city buses that are very regular and often, the bus stop is right opposite the accommodation (buses 11, 12, 13 and few others, 1.30 euros, mind that it is bus number 90s- that run on sundays).
Nice walk to do from the accommodation that leads you to the first sightseeing spot.
One might not be impressed with the area as it is like all areas a little bit off in any city, but again in 10 min walk we can reach the inert circle of the city centre. Nice restaurant, bar 5 min walk away.
