This was my second time staying at this property and I cannot recommend this ENOUGH. The rooms are chic and pristine. Amazing attention to detail. The bed was sooo comfortable and the bathroom and toilitries were top notch. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel for business travelers, couples and solo

I booked this hotel as my "regular" go-to hotels were all full. I was SO pleasantly surprised. The hotel is a little gem in the city! The decor is a mix of hip/modern 80s with beautiful artwork and great touches. It had a perfect courtyard space to enjoy wines and the bonus was the wine bar/restauraunt! It was fantastic and so good that I didn't have to leave the hotel during the days I was there! The beds were AMAZING. thick fluffy soft goodness. Felt like a big hug! I will DEFINITELY stay here again and would highly recommend this to my friends and colleagues

Unfortunately, I had the salmon for dinner my first night and got pretty ill. I know things like this can happen so it didn't put me off from eating at the restuaraunt again...just NO fish

I liked the location. The room was nice & clean.

I didn't like the toilet as would prefer a solid wall between that & the main area instead of glass. I didn't like the coffee maker as didn't know how to use it. Prefer sachets & jug. Not enought milk & the fridge wasn't on.

Well designed rooms very well appointed. Beds were very comfortable. Convenient location near many restaurants within 100 metres or so. 10 minute walk to Queen Victoria Market and 7 minute walk to Melbourne Central Station. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The tap i the bathroom sink was very annoying. It was impossible to fill the kettle or wash your face without splashing all over the bathroom. This was a poor design.

Ok wow, the amenities at this hotel exceeded my expectations. The first hotel ive ever stayed in to provide hair straighteners, 3 books to choose from, socks!!!, even condoms in the minibar 😂 and if I forgot to pack something (I did - toothpaste) the front desk had everything you could need from painkillers to fashion tape. The staff we exceptionally lovely, the room was dead quiet. I was blown away at how good my stay was. I recently stayed at the new Hyatt for a similar price and they didn't even supply a robe.

The only thing I would improve, the super king size bed was two singles pushed together, which I usually don't mind but I could feel the join and a roll in the mattress topper so I slept on one half of the bed not the middle.

Amazing, friendly and helpful staff. they all went out of their way to make my stay agreeable. The location is great, next to loads of cafés and the museum. You can walk everywhere . The bed and pillows are really comfortable.

I was a bit disappointed that my room had no view, just a misted window. Although they put me there because it was quiet, the windows are double glazed so I doubt I would've heard any noise in the room with a view. You can't open a window in the room and as I am not a fan of air conditioning I found this a bit claustrophobic.

Lovely staff, so friendly and efficient. Super comfortable bed, great location, great housekeeping. Really nice space for breakfast. Room had everything we needed. Apparently Richard Branson stayed here while he was in town for for the launch of his cruise ship? So if that's not an endorsement i don't know what is!

It's a lovely room but bathroom set up is pretty odd. Shower space is lovely and spacious. But the toilet is positioned right next to the bedroom and separated by frosted glass rather than an actual wall so you can see their silhouette from the bedroom and hear everything... All staff were lovely but a couple of staff seemed very confused/surprised when we asked them for bar recommendations in the cbd... we ended up googling it ourselves.

With so many 5 star options in Melbourne, this one really doesn’t rate for me. It compares to other 4 star hotels I’ve stayed at. Tiny rooms which didn’t have a proper king mattress (two singles joined together so there’s a gap). Staff at front desk weren’t really that friendly or welcoming. Extending a night stay (only so I could check out later, I didn’t sleep there) cost $490 for a Monday…

Cosy little hotel located just outside of the CBD and adjacent to Fitzroy, Cartlon and other Melbourne Inner suburbs, so within easy reach of most of what we wanted to do. We walked almost everywhere, Onsite parking ($30/n) was a tad exy but its Melbourne.

Awesome location. Very modern - tastefully decorated. Beds and pillows were the most comfortable I've ever experienced in a hotel before! Easy to park and staff lovely. I'd certainly stay here again.

Room was pretty expensive but this was most likely due to Australian Open on at the time.

It doesn’t feel welcoming - all the darkness is rather gloomy. Too cool for me.

Lovely hotel, quiet, spotlessly clean and in a convenient location. Tea and coffee making facilities, good bathroom products plus decent hairdryer and straighteners. Robes but no slippers. Bed large and very comfortable.

Room wasn’t terribly big and not much space to hang / store clothing. Not a big problem as we only stayed a couple of nights. Breakfast was really nice but having stayed all over the world never not had a buffet style breakfast where you could help yourself.

Loved the breakfast, specially the balsamic currants!
