A very modern & clean 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms & a fantastic view over Melbourne from our 70th floor room. Laura provided excellent customer service & met us on time for our simple check in.

1. Good water pressure. 2. Good night view and quiet as we stayed at 27th floor. 3. Good location. Close to shopping. A lot of dinning options.

1. Difficult after hour check in as wrong instruction was provided. There were multiple lockers at the same location. The host sent us wrong photo of our locker (both lockers were there and ours was HIDDEN at the very bottom). Very confusing instruction. We spent over an hour to get our key and didn't get into the room until 1am. However, still appreciated the manager trying to sort things out during midnight. 2. There was no hair dryer. We rang the second day and was told would be delivered in the afternoon. Didn't get it and rang again the third day and was told would be couriered during the day but failed again. Miserable for the ladies without the hair dryer and disappointed that their promises were not full-filled TWICE. We would had brought our own hair dryer if we knew they didn't provide one (description said hair dryer is provided in the room). 3. Linen were tired. Donna covers were so thin and you could see through it. Musty smell. 4. Fixed shower head and it wasn't friendly to young kids. 5. Parking at another building and it was very NARROW. We saw there were a lot of scratches on the walls and on some cars. Make sure you have good parking/turning skill and drive VERY SLOW to avoid any damage. Also inconvenient to bring the luggage across to the room.

Still waiting on the $1000 bond. It is alot of money to be waiting for, it's been 6 days thus far.

- the room was still being cleaned when we arrived at 545pm - we waited for over 20 minutes for check in - insufficient towels - insufficient bedding set up we paid for 9 people and only bed for 7 was set up. - remote to garage didn’t work so we had to pay additional parking The lady Jess who tried to sort out extra bedding and towels was helpful

Very high floor, waiting for the lift is a pain. House keeping did not do a good job, found pubic hair in the shower when we first moved in. Wifi is so slow. No clear instructions given before moving in, very vague, for example parking card had to ask them clearly where it will be placed

no air conditioning in the 2 smaller rooms so summer will be an issue. central air vents means if neighbors cook, you will smell everything. 2 hotpot restaurants downstairs means strong smells when you come home. lots of young people. we encountered vomit twice over 4 days. but the facilities team cleaned up quickly.

This gorgeous apartment has the perfect locations being in Elizabeth street close to Victoria markets. The 73rd floor views made for the most amazing vista both day and night. Each room had floor to ceiling windows with block out blinds so you could get amazing views of the surrounds from your bed and the lounge. 2 bathrooms (one ensuite) with t well lit mirrors in each meant that there was plenty of mirror time for a group of 5 female friends having fun in Melbourne. Big TV that has Foxtel etc and you can connect your Switch to for games. Cosy beds with plenty of pillows for your perfect nights sleep mean you wake refreshed. Cooking utensils and pans etc mean you can cook a meal instead of eating out if preferred. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed staying here, close to Woolworths and Aldi and in the free tram zone. Also David met us on arrival, escorted us to our carpark and helped carry our luggage to the apartment. Will definitely be back!

The view was unusual and felt like we were giants. It was an experience. Spacious and comfortable...

We were on 74th floor and when it was windy the building swayed . There was also this very loud whistling noise the entire time. Also I was told off for making a sheet dirty. I told them that after a week ofcpurse its going to be dirty. They said but now they would have to wash it and they had guests arriving that day.... I stated that I didn't realise they only had 1 set of sheets and didn't know I was responsible for full cleaning of apartment when leaving. I had spilt a bit of coffee on the carpet which was an easy clean and for that and dirty sheets I was not refunded any of my bond $500. Unbelievable....this is disgusting. I expected $100 max even that was generous but $500 . Im still trying to figure out where I complain to...there is no one as its privately owned apartment. Be careful when travelling and using private instead of a company as there is little regulating. It was cool experience staying above the city and my kids thought it was amazing. I wouldn't stay here more than 1 night. Its not equipt enough for long stay and im not interested in cleaning hotel sheets for next patrons, that's there job...I was busy with my kids and job.....
