My 9 year old daughter and I were on vacation with her school friend, and her mum and sister. The accommodation was perfect for young children and small families sharing. Each mum had their own room and the friends slept on the sofa bed in the lounge. There are all the facilities for cooking and eating and plenty of place to sleep (extra fold out bed). We could park the car in front of the apartment on the street and because everything is close to get to by foot, the car stayed put for our entire stay. If you want to catch a train and walk to this apartment,it is really doable, only about 500m away down the side alley. The beach is about 500m away too and dreamland and the tidal pool also about 5 min walking. There are many restaurants and take aways and we tried quiet a few and all were good value for money.

Bin was full and not emptied & bottom sheet on pull out bed looked slept on to us. Generally felt it could have been a bit cleaner.

kitchen appliances, sink, microwave, cooker we’re all dirty. I’m not convinced the bed had been freshly made as there were stains on the duvet cover and hairs on the sheet and pillows which most definitely were not ours. There was dust everywhere.

Probably the nicest private accommodation we've stayed at via Booking.com. well equipped, spacious and it's evident that a lot of thought and care has gone into it. Near enough to where you want to be, reasonable parking 8n surrounding streets makes it a standout place.

We stayed Eurovision weekend and apartment below had a party no issues until the level of the music went up and up until we went and banged on the door and complained very late into the night. We've seen no other issues in feedback and sincerely hope this was just isolated the property owner has been made aware and sure they will have a word with the flat below if concerned. If it is an ongoing issue then sure it will rear itself in the feedback. Had this not occurred it would have been a 10/10

The location was fine. Near the beach at Margate and Westbook beach. Easy access to beautiful Broadstairs and surrounds

Apartment was great. Unfortunately Margate was a big disappointment. The re-generation programme is sadly missing from the beachfront and the HIgh Street. We couldnt find anything that re-generation is taking into account the locals but only the DFL`s.. more for the arts group.

The property was a good size for our family.

There was no dedicated parking, and the whole house was rumbling when a train passed.

Great location, leave the car at the apartment and walk to the beach and attractions. Comfortable, well equipped and tastefully decorated apartment.

The flat was very clean and exactly as advertised.

The hot water was a bit difficult, but we managed just fine.

close to train tracks + train station. Not an issue between 11pm and 6am, kids didn't seem to be bothered and slept fine.

The property was in an excellent location near to the station and facilities. We were only there for one night to attend a family party, so this property was ideal. Very clean, lovely facilities, and excellent communication with the host.

Although the details suggest the property is for 5 people, I think this would not be suitable for any more than a couple of nights. The double bed was very comfy, and there is a single with a pull-out bed which are also comfy. However, the sofa bed in the living room was not comfortable, and it wouldn't be good for more than a night or two.
