Owner is very good and kind, speaks some English. Apartment is clean and new.

If you come later than 14:00 you need to pay +5 euros . Location is not close to bus station.

The apartment is clean and fully equipped. The host responded very quickly.

- the flat is very big - it's close to the riverside

- it would be better if there is a towel for drying the dishes - one day the elevator door was blocked on another floor so we had to walk upstairs. Luckily we were two people, it was still scary though. Only some lights are working in the stairway and the house itself is really dirty and kinda worn out. Feels like being in an abandoned house at night. - no detergent and no salt

The apartment has everything to make your short stay comfortable. very close to the main boulevard with restaurants and 10 min walk to the beach. the host is friendly and helpful.

The stove heated up very slowly. You can hardly cook anything there. also, would be nice to have a bit of detergent so that you don’t need to buy a full pack just for a week stay.

The A.C wasn't cooling, so it was uncomfortable.

The location was very convenient, near the promenade and shops. The flat was clean. The staff was very friendly and ready to help with every problem.

The only downside was that the bedroom was small.

Definitely recommend this apartment to everyone! I loved the hospitality, the host was really friendly and helpful! The apartment was amazing, it was exceptionally organized& clean and there was plenty of room. The location is near the center of the city, which makes it amazingly easy to get to the beach or to go for a walk along Lungomare.
