Μου άρεσε η τοποθεσία και ότι έχει parking.

Στην περιγραφή του δωματίου έγραφε ότι υπάρχει σίδερο ρούχων αλλά δεν υπήρχε πουθενά στην ντουλάπα. Επίσης δεν υπήρχαν παντόφλες και τις ζήτησα από την καθαρίστρια η οποία δεν ήταν και πολύ ευγενική. Μου είπε δεν υπάρχουν και μπέικε όταν δεν ήμασταν εκεί και τις έβαλε. . Το στρώμα θέλει άλλαγμα έχει βουλιάξει.

Our room wasn't clean, we had ants in the bed, the shower didn't drain, we sweated every night because the air conditioning didn't work well and there was no WiFi reception in our room either. The staff and manager were not helpful. We were promised after the first night that the cleanliness and the ants would definitely be taken care of, but nothing happened.

Just the breakfast, even the breakfast cups where not clean

I didn’t enjoy the property in many ways, one of which is because the toilet was dirty from the first day, when I told a receptionist the housekeeper who accompanied me told me there was a brush to wash the toilet like how do I wash a toilet that I haven’t used. Secondly, the bathroom was blocked, as I shower the bathroom becomes very full, the water doesn’t go away I reported to the receptionist and nothing was done about it, no form of remorse just normal response. Thirdly,The room was said to be sea view and pool view, yes we got the pool view but it wasn’t sea view it was kitchen view. Lastly, they attached bathrobes as one of their essentials but it wasn’t included and they couldn’t tell why it wasn’t even after being asked. Their customer service is the poorest I have ever witnessed they need to do better.

Comfortable rooms with a very nice and clean swimming pool, walk a short distance to the beach and close to restaurants and the staff is great .

Die Poolanlage war sehr schön mit einer tollen Aussicht. Das Auto steht auf einem sicheren, großen Hoteleigenen Parkplatz

Das Personal spricht schlechtes bis sehr schlechtes Englisch. Die Handtücher, die am Pool zur Verfügung gestellt wurden, waren alle dreckig und befleckt. Während wir am Pool lagen hat das Personal einfach unseren Sonnenschirm geschlossen, ohne weitere Angabe von Gründen.

C’était très bien mais les toilettes de notre chambre n’étaient pas propre à notre arrivée. Très bonne literie petit déjeuner bien garnie en fruit
