Beautiful house in great location with all amenities you could wish for.

Can’t fault anything

House in good position with everything within walking distance and very comfortable layout/design for multiple families with a semi separate guest house with fridge/microwave and ensuite.

For a relatively modern home, maintenance and cleanliness needs work. I mopped the floors when we arrived as they felt dirty and emptied 3 buckets of black water. Had 3 tvs and was missing a remote, sent a note to a perfect stay and no reply, moved the ottoman and found about 3 days of food underneath it, the icemaker in the fridge was broken (I would have said something if they had responded to me), the pool fence needed maintenance as the glass was wobbly where the bolts looked to be rusting in their attachment to the outdoor deck and the pool was full of algae. Overall for over 14k for 6 days I feel like this had all the potential yet underwhelming.

We felt at home from the moment we arrived. We wanted for nothing. The beautiful spaces and well planned design ensured our family group was comfortable and enjoyed the entire stay. The outdoor living and kitchen are so beautiful.

Needing to clean and clear the dishwasher filter after the first load where we found large pieces of broken glass. The Laundry doors on the inside are very dirty and covered in mould.

The property was beautifully decorated, clean and in the perfect location
