Very spacious, comfortable, just like photos

We liked the location and that it was large enough for our family stay

This time we were disappointed with the cleanliness of floors and skirtings and the quality of the towels. There was not enough hot water on the first day. The sliding door was heavy and hard open and close. The upstairs bathroom sink plug didn’t hold the water in the sink. The plumbing from toilets made a terrible noise throughout the accomodation enough to wake people sleeping. There were chipped and unclean crockery pieces and the rubbish bin was dented and in a poor state. In general a lack of maintenance which deflected from being far from luxurious which we were expecting.

The accommodation exceeded all our expectations. The house is unbelievable and it a brilliant spot with a nice walk to the centre.

Child gate on the top of stairs could be a good feature for families to pull out if required.

The location and overall stay experience was excellent and when we had any questions they were addressed immediately and resolved- perfect getaway for our family. Thank you.

Gorgeous and spacious home. Comfortable beds. Clean bathrooms. Great location - we liked that it was a quick walk into Byron.

Such a stunning property, the houses are close together in a complex but still feels private. Pool was right in the middle of all houses but still seemed very private with all the lush gardens. House was huge with luxury finishes, beds comfy and everything very clean. Close and easy walk to town. The rental company seemed pretty relaxed, easy booking process and not too over the top on rules like some holiday houses are.

The property was well equipped and was immaculate.

The upstairs bedrooms were too hot, the AC in the upstairs lounge did not reach the bedrooms and the fans were not sufficient. It would be good to install a ducted system through bulkheads upstairs because of the flat roof. On hot nights where there was no wind, it became quite stuffy. My daughter said there was no flyscreen on the door of the upstairs bedroom to the balcony, and there were a few bush turkeys jumping on the neighbouring roofs and she was too scared to leave the door open at night for fresh air.

Very good location. 5 minutes walk to the beach and 15 minutes walk to the center. Kitchen very well equipped. Beach towels provided. Besides grocery we didn't miss anything. Definitely coming back.
