Idéalement situé sur le deuxième fairway du Palmer Private Course à PGA West, notre luxueux 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain maison offre tout ce que vous pourriez demander dans une oasis du désert. Notre maison est un délice d'un artiste. Le plan d'étage ouvert et espace extérieur permet de recevoir des invités confortablement, accueillir la famille à un repas fait maison dans la cuisine gastronomique ou sur la terrasse, BBQ'ing sur le construit dans le barbecue, ou se détendre près de la piscine privée et un spa pendant que vous prendre le jeu à la télévision en plein air. Ne pas oublier d'attraper le coucher de soleil depuis l'arrière-cour spa privé.
La cuisine gastronomique est entièrement équipée. Le bar dispose d'un tout nouveau refroidisseur de vin qui réfrigérer plus de 50 de vos meilleures bouteilles de vin. Le salon peut accueillir confortablement 10 personnes autour de la cheminée chaude et le grand écran plat HDTV avec câble, dont HBO et Showtime.
La suite principale magnifique a un nouveau concepteur de marque matelas Cal King et meubles, télévision à écran plat, un coin salon et un patio privé. Les vues du golf et la piscine sont spectaculaires de la chambre. Le maître de bain ci-joint dispose d'une baignoire et douche séparées, un espace de rangement généreux et son lavabo. La deuxième chambre dispose d'une entrée privée de style casita attaché avec un grand lit king size, boisson réfrigérateur séparé, grand espace de rangement et une salle de bain complète en suite. The property was beautiful! It exceeded all of our expectations! I have stayed at many VRBO properties and this was right up there in the top two.
We had a tiny snafu getting the door open but Jason was immediately on top of it and we were in.
The pool and Jacuzzi were wonderful and we spent a lot of time outside.
The beds were very comfortable and the furnishings way nicer than they look in the pictures.
We will definitely return to this rental and highly recommend it!

We stayed for a long weekend and had a great time. This rental is awesome! It was super clean, very well stocked and super roomy for the 6 of us (could definitely sleep more!). The bathrooms all had shampoo/conditioner/soap/tissue/towels! The kitchen has everything, I mean everything, you could ever need! We could not be more please with a vacation rental. We will absolutely stay here again!

We stayed here for a few nights when we came to town for Stagecoach. We spent the day in the beautiful backyard before heading to the fest and it was a perfect place to relax and unwind. House has everything you could possibly need.

A bunch of geese hang out at the pool. They poop all over the side of it and IN it! I told Jason on Friday afternoon that this happened. No response for 20 hours. When he responded, he said the pool guy should’ve been there, which if he was, happened before the geese arrived. I told him again Saturday morning that the pool was full of goose poop and unusable. I asked if it could be cleaned. Sunday evening (hours after we checked out) he responded that the pool guy should’ve been there Friday.
Certainly this isn’t the first time they’ve had such a problem with the giant geese on the golf course getting into the pool. Since they obviously have a problem keeping the pool clean and usable, they should have a timely procedure for cleaning it up. Or at least a responsive host. No dice.

Family Getaway
We had a tremendous time at this La Quinta getaway. Everything is in the property is on point. Location is perfect. The owners have definitely have put time into every detail. There wasn't anything we needed that was not already there upon arrival.. Linens, bedding and beds are all comfortable and first rate. Outside pool area pretty view of the golf course.. We will be back! It was perfect.

We stayed for only a few days, yet were able to completely relax and enjoy every minute away. The house was very clean, updated and bright and the reservation and check in/out process was simple and seamless. Only regret is not staying longer. We would love to return.

Came to desert for group meeting and house was great location close to many restaurants. Nice pool and outdoor seating. Plenty of extra towels and paper products available. Had trouble with TVs.

We had a wonderful stay at the property! It was great to get out of the rain and into the sun for some swimming and golf. The property had everything we needed and more. Outstanding Escape!!
My wife, our son, daughter and future son-in-law (who had both come to see us in San Diego from Atlanta) made the trip to the desert. What a great decision! The house was roomy, comfortable, well decorated and pleasant. While the guys played golf nearby, the girls went on a run around the very nice neighborhood where the house is located, walked around downtown La Quinta, and then hung out back by the pool all afternoon. We grilled fajitas at the house that night, watched a movie and played a board game. Sounds boring? Well, it was just what we all needed. The owner was very responsive to a couple of clarifying questions I had. I will definitely do what I need to do to stay here again. Thanks for the great break from reality!

Great house for our getaway weekend. So relaxing and nice accomodations! It was fabulous having three full bathrooms. Amazing kitchen! Pool and spa were great! The only negative is a few electrical difficulties. (We couldn’t figure out how to turn living room fan on, outside patio lights, and last bedroom the fan & light couldn’t operate separately.)(instructions for TVs were confusing & not complete, batteries weren’t working or were missing in remotes, and remotes weren’t clearly labeled since there was an indoor and outdoor tv). Property manager did try to help with a few of these that we mentioned, but more time was spent on it than should have been.

This place was amazing. The pictures are nice but still don't do it justice. I want to tell you that the host of this place Jason, is great, just a good person in general. He was accommodating and responsive. The house was very nice and clean and the pool overlooks the PGA course. During these times this was just what my family and friends needed. This property was perfect for our quick getaway! Although super hot outside, the warm pool was still refreshing. Jason was also quick with responding if I had a question. We couldn’t get the TV to work but decided we didn’t need it so I didn’t bother him with that question. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed. I will definitely want to stay here again if I return.

Relaxing and fun time
Jason was great and quick to respond. Very easy to work with. We had a little problem with the ac when we first arrived but he got someone there quickly and they fixed it. Master bed was very comfy. Guest bedrooms mattresses are pretty firm. But other than that we had a great time. We will most likely stay here again.

Our Month at the Desert Oasis
We spent the month of January at this lovely and ideally located home. The house was super clean, well-maintained, well-equipped and well-stocked. It perfectly accommodated our friends and adult children who visited. The patio, swimming pool and spa were relaxing and refreshing with a great view of the golf course and mountains. The house came with detailed instructions on how to work everything from the inside TV and cable, the patio TV, the pool and temperature control, etc. Jason was incredible to work with. He was extremely accommodating and very responsive. He made renting the house so easy. We definitely look forward to returning.
