Situ���� à distance de marche de nombreux équipements de sportcard. La maison est d'environ 2000 pieds carr�����s et dispose de 4 chambres, 2 1/2 salles de bains, grande salle, salle à manger s������parée qui se jette dans la cuisine, buanderie, La Master Suite est situ�� au niveau principal avec une grande salle de bains et tr��s grand lit. Le maître a ��galement un lit jumeau gigogne avec un jumeau roulant en dessous. Deux chambres ����� l'���tage supérieur ont des lits Queen tandis que le troisième dispose d'un ensemble de lits jumeaux. WIFI. Interdiction de fumer. Pas d'animaux de compagnie. Great location along the bike trail (literally) and quiet at night while only being a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. We've stayed in IOP on multiple occasions at various locations, each place having their own advantages. 5827 was perfect for beach time without the price of being on the beach. House was clean, but tired. Exactly what I would expect from a rental property. Beds were stiff and the house needs updating, but again it was clean and provided everything we needed. Just needs a little TLC. Minor things were broken, ceiling fan at the front porch, shelves in refrigerator, chipped coffee mugs, etc.. otherwise well appointed and worth the price.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as four longtime friends meeting up for a weekend. The home was beautiful, well kept, and conveniently located to Wild Dunes’ amenities. Check in was a breeze and though we didn’t need to, it was clear how to reach out if we had any issues or problems.

My family and I enjoy spending time in Wild Dunes for Thanksgiving. This is our fifth year in a row! This property is very close to everything! The ease of getting around is perfect. We always rent bikes and a golf cart! Unfortunately, when we arrived the upstairs only bathroom had a clogged sink. With it being Thanksgiving holiday, the offices were closed even though I emailed for a maintenance request. Six of us had to use the powder, room sink, and the master bedroom sink which worked out, but was not ideal. The day before leaving a maintenance personnel arrives to take a look and said he was unable to unclog in a normal fashion. By this point, we said never mind we are leaving tomorrow. We have been without it for three days so one more day not a big deal. Also, I would suggest the owner/management company take inventory and purchase adequate kitchen wares. There was one glass bowl two casserole dishes and a hodgepodge of plastic containers to use during our stay. We had to buy disposable foil containers to prepare our Thanksgiving meal.

Great house, would rent again. Convenient location and lots of room for a family of five. Minor suggestion - would suggest that the locks on house get changed out to keyless/digital, very difficult to lock and unlock. Also, its inconvenient to have to go by the rental office to pickup and dropoff keys. Also the cooking pans/sheets need to be repurchased, hard to clean because they are too worn. There should be instructions on how to use the thermostat...its digital and we figured it out but it just so happened to conk out when we arrived. Maintenance fixed very quickly after a phone call. We also had a fam member leave wallet and it was recovered and returned.

Overall, this house was nice and in a good location but it wasn't ideal for our family and we likely wouldn't rent again.Pros- Spacious rooms and tastefully decorated- Adequate towels and linens provided- Comfortable furniture and beds- Nice washer and dryerCons- Non-refundable booking without cancellation option- You have to check in and out at the Island Realty office- House has a lot of wear and tear and is showing its age- Only two full baths and upstairs bath needs to be renovated- Master bath has mold and mildew in shower, missing grout, shower bench loose and faucets loose- Downstairs A/C did not keep the house cool

The photos of the home don’t do it justice! Such a beautiful place to stay and the beach access was only 10-15 mins from the house which made it perfect for the 10 of us! House was huge, easy to get to and perfect for all our needs!
Just a few things made us give the cleanliness a 5 star were the downstairs walk in shower. It needs a good scrub and bleach. And some of the beds and pillows were pretty stiff, and we were told to leave the comforters and not put them with the sheets to be washed so I’m hoping those get washed or switched out for every stay. But other than that the house gets a 5 star and we will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our 5 nights. The home had plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen was well stoked with tools, utensils, pots, etc. It was a comfortable beach rental home. The cleanliness could be improved especially the bathrooms - lots of grim so a little icky for kid baths.. The upstairs shower plumbing is confusing to turn on and no instructions were provided. Finally, it would be useful to provide paper towels and toilet paper - just add it into the pricing.

We had a wonderful week in this lovely home. There is plenty of space for ten guests. We were all very comfortable. It’s close to the beach, only about a half a mile away. We rented a golf cart from a local business and this helped with the travel to and from the beach or just riding around the resort. We were very pleased with the home and look forward to staying there again!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house had everything we needed and was perfect for our group of 9. Beds were comfortable, plenty of seating in the living & dining rooms, everything we needed in the kitchen, and very clean. Thank you for hosting us! If we are back next summer, we will book again!!

We loved this property and especially loved the decor and the natural light! The view of the lagoon was amazing and we got to see blue herons, alligators and deer! We rented a cart to go to the beach as it was a half mile from beach access. My sister stayed close to the beach so we parked in her driveway so it made it very convenient. Some days we walked and that gave us some exercise, it wasn’t bad! The only issue we had was the first day when we found a dead squirrel under the house near the outdoor shower and that whole area had not been cleaned. ( The outdoor shower area) Maintenance came as soon as I called and got rid of the dead squirrel though! 🙂

The check in was easy. However, the front door key does not work very well and I would recommend fixing that issue. I took me a few minutes to figure it out.
You are looking at about a 15 mintue walk to the beach. 5-20 minutes to area restaurants. Not bad but just be aware. The location was very quiet and not a lot of noise and traffic. Great area for walking, jogging, and biking.
House was clean although the back section of tile in the kitchen needs to be chaulked because ants were coming through. Not a big deal and an easy fix.
The upstairs bathroom faucet you have to pull out the handle to get the shower to turn on. There should be some instructions available. There was a work order in the drawer down stairs otherwise I would not have figured it out. Probably just need to change out the plumbing.
Overall a good place to stay and would recommend to others. I do recommend replacing the front door lock, chaulking the kitchen couter and fixing the upstairs faucet.
Do your homework on area restaurants and it will be better to reserve ahead of time if possible.

Great house, just as expected. Location was good. It was easier than expected to get on and off the Wild Dunes property. I had thought that would be an issue, but it turned out to be very easy going through the gate. There is road side parking near the beach access 46 - so it was also easy to get to and from the beach.

If you would like to feel like you’ve thrown your back out- this is fine. I’ve slept on the ground camping and felt better. As a runner and fairly athletic person, a bed that leave me unable to move and stand comfortably shocks me. I’m days after my stay, and I still hurt.
Other than the beds (others in the house also said their beds were awful), the house was nice. Location as well.

I appreciate that because when I have some time off, I like to be lazy at night and a lot of peoples living rooms are lame and not comfy like this one. I will be renting again.

Great home, great location. Beds and furniture were not as comfortable as I would have liked and the cooking pans were not as nice as I had hoped. In addition, the WiFi constantly went in and out. This is our annual Thanksgiving trip to Wild Dunes! We always enjoy staying on Back Bay Dr. for the convenience. This property was the perfect location. However, I wish it had a third bathroom. It got a little tricky with six people using one small bathroom. I would definitely rebook in the future.

This place is in a good location in the middle of Wild Dunes. The house is in decent shape, but could use a deep clean and a fresh coat of paint would go a long way. Based on the guest book, there were guests very recently, but it seemed like it hadn't been used in a long time. Guests mentioned access to a pool, but you do not get access to any of the WD pools. There's a golf cart with a busted tire in the garage - access to that since this house isn't very close to the beach would have been really nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and didn't have any huge complaints.
