Cette retraite spacieuse est parfaite pour les groupes familiaux ou les couples en escapade. La maison a le charme et la chaleur des montagnes avec tout le confort d'une station moderne. Le grand pont principal a été récemment meublé avec des meubles RH, la cuisine est remplie d'appareils de luxe, tous les nouveaux beaux draps des lits et les nouveaux téléviseurs à l'étage et en bas.
Tout le monde a un endroit pour se détendre avec un salon spacieux avec une grande cheminée à bois en pierre, une salle de jeux avec une table de billard, une télévision de 55 pouces, un bar, un canapé-lit, une salle à manger pouvant accueillir 10 personnes, une magnifique terrasse meublée donnant sur la lac et lat mais non le moindre le bain à remous.
La suite principale dispose d'un lit king size, d'une baignoire à jets, d'une cheminée, d'une télévision et d'une terrasse privée avec une vue imprenable. Il y a une deuxième suite avec un lit queen et salle de bain privée et une autre chambre avec un lit king size et vue sur le lac. Les deux chambres adjacentes à l'étage sont idéales pour les familles avec un lit double et 2 lits jumeaux.
Les six chambres et les lits superposés ont accès au WIFI.

Met up with old friends and their families for a few days of re-connecting. The house, amenities, lake access, and views were top notch. The home is extremely well equipped and maintained from the kitchen to decks, dock, hot tub area, game room, you name it. We couldn't be happier. Thank you for such a wonderful place.

This is a lovely home with beautiful views over the lake. There were eleven of us and we could easily fit everyone in their own bedroom in the house. We liked that there was room for all of us to sit together at the table in the kitchen as well as to sit outdoors and enjoy the views. We spent our last night enjoying the fireworks over the lake. The house is clean and very nicely decorated and is a great home for family reunions.

Many of my friends and I were coming up to be in Our good friends from college wedding and this was the perfect spot for us! It was walking distance to the venue and on the water - what more could you ask for! Plus the views are amazing!

Property manager was helpful, communicative and flexible. House was huge and perfect for our group of friends, we loved hanging out on the lake and the house had lots to do.

The views of the lake from every room of the house and balconies were amazing! The amenities were perfect for our family. Location was central to a number of snow activities. This is definitely a lakeside gem that we will want to visit again in the near future!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful well kept property. The view is exquisite and my family had all the comforts of home for a long relaxing weekend. The owner was accommodating, professional, and very easy to communicate with. We would book this property again in the future.

This property was well kept and plenty of beds and room. It could use a facelift and plumbing updates. The lake however is highly restrictive and unlike the add states visitors may not be on the lake unless basically tethered to the dock. It has beautiful sunsets. The kitchen is under equipped for large parties. Needs set of nonstick pots and pans and cookie sheets as well as real soap to clean greasy dishes. Refrigerator is small for the size of home and accomodations. Beware! There is no central AC in the home other than the master bedroom and the thermostat is obviously controlled by management as the air would not cool lower than 79*. Elevator is conveniently broken. Perhaps always as I wouldn’t want the liability of an elevator if I had a rental like this. All in all we had a good time as a family but the lake restrictions are a major bummer.

We just returned from a long weekend at this beautiful home with our children and grandchildren. The home is lovely, and also very welcoming and homey. There was more than enough room for the 11 of us.
The location on the lake is perfect...close to a market, but far enough away from the village so that it is quiet. The views of the lake are spectacular, especially from the master bedroom and deck.
The kitchen is well-stocked with most everything you could possibly want or need to make a meal. We also loved that we could all sit together in the dining area.
My husband has mobility issues and the elevator made his every day life so much easier. Everyone else also enjoyed using the elevator to unload groceries, suitcases, etc.
The only one item that we would change if we could, would be to have a shower in the master bath. There is a beautiful jetted tub, but it wasn't possible for my husband to use it and I prefer to shower. So, we both used a shower in one of the other bathrooms. If that is the only shortcoming to this spectacular property, in our opinion, it is one that we can easily accept.
Our family is already planning to spend another long weekend in this home this summer.

My guys have been doing a yearly retreat for 8 years. This is the first time we’ve gone back to the same place. The house is fantastic for our group of 10 (each person had their own bed!). The kitchen is well laid out and is the favorite of our in group chef. The new dock is fantastic with plenty of toys and lounge space. And the views are unparalleled. Can’t wait to go back next year!

All was good...would have been nice to have umbrellas out on main level deck for shade while awning was not working...we all had to squeeze into covered area...for shade from the hot sun or be inside..otherwise all good.

We have stayed at a number of rentals in Lake Arrowhead and this one is probably the best so far. It is even nicer than in the photos, with a big deck with unbelievable views of the lake from the deck, kitchen, living room, and most bedrooms. There is also tons of space in the house, much of which seems newly renovated. The private dock with kayak and paddleboards really made our stay, though. Really hoping to be back next year!

Great family vacation
The property was amazing - the view of and proximity to the Lake were spectacular. Loved hanging out on the new dock. Good fishing! Enjoyed watching the 4th of July fireworks from the balcony. Owner was wonderful to work with.

Perfect Family Retreat
This was the perfect home for our large family. It is a beautiful house on the lake with incredible views from multiple rooms, and we had a really wonderful time making memories here. Other members of our family said they planned to rent this home in the future, and we intend to return as well. Dave and Summer (the owners) were responsive and awesome to work with, and we wanted for absolutely nothing during our stay. Perfect retreat for large families.

The property is beautiful with amazing views.
What we liked the most was how clean the place was and how the kitchen was equipped with all the things we needed.
I highly recommend this property. Summer and Ethan were very helpful as well and answered all the questions we had.
Only downfall we had was the jacuzzi .. we were unable to get it to work!
Aside from that though this place was magical.

Wonderful house, wonderful hosts!
This house was great for our group of friends and our kids. With the different levels and clean, not-dated furnishing we felt very cozy for our winter weekend getaway. There was a small issue with one of the Nest thermostats but David was quick to get it resolved and even had backup heaters dropped off in case they were needed. The kitchen was spacious and packed with all the essentials for group meals. The hot tub was hot and the fireplace kept us all toasty! The location and view of the lake is spectacular! Thank you David and Summer for your hospitality!

Fantastic!
We take a family vacation every year (20 years) and have gone from the Hawaiian Islands, to Tahoe and many other places in California to relax and spend quality time with our family. Our stay in Lake Arrowhead was wonderful and close to home in Orange County. The rooms accommodated us perfectly and the outside seating area, dock and cabana area were great. The kids, ranging in age from 3-18 had so much fun in the water and relaxing by playing games, going on walks, taking water-skiing lessons, eating out and generally just playing. We are looking forward to a return trip!

A great place for our family visit.
The owner is very helpful, and it is easy to communicate with her. We had one plumbing issue during our visit; but, I could tell she was more upset about it than I was. These things do happen (even on vacation), and she was very quick to respond and have the problem resolved.
Our group aged 12 to 80 were comfortable visiting with each other; but, having areas for alone time as needed. For those with energy the basement area with ping pong/pool table and hot tub plus the dock with water attractions were a big draw. The more mature of us really liked to congregate on the beautiful deck to visit, relax or eat together while enjoying the outstanding view and the cooling breeze.

Great house with amazing views
Our small group had a great time at this home, swimming in the lake (who knew the water would be so soft?) and playing billiards. Lots of reading and places to relax. The outdoor eating area and sectional were a favorite. The elevator was also a plus getting people and luggage to the lower rooms. And the kitchen was huge with plenty of work space. Thanks!

Our family thouroughly enjoyed this relaxing getway. This home was absolutely perfect!
The house is huge but so cozy and warm, with comfortable beds, outside patio and hot tub, we never left the whole weekend. The view was spectacular and with the amazing weather we were able to fish off the dock and walk to the village. We also were able to walk to the local trail heads for hikes, watch the sunset from the deck, and cook in the fabulous kitchen. We filled up every room and never felt at all crowded, the perfect home for large families. The house was super clean and hospitality was great, and the host was quick to answer any questions we had! We really can’t wait to see this place next year!

Beautiful House with Gorgeous views
Our family had such a wonderful time! This is a beautiful house with breathtaking views on every level. This house is right on the lake and trail. We enjoyed walks everyday, and going in the jacuzzi, playing pool and just relaxing on the deck. The Master bedroom is fabulous! Close to restaurants and shopping, we would absolutely stay here again, summer or winter!

Beautiful house on the lake!!
Loved the house!! It was sooo cozy and cute, with a huge kitchen! I fit 16 people very comfortably. The owner is very sweet and accommodating. I was a little bummed that the jacuzzi wasn’t working, but aside from that, loved my stay!! I would 100% recommend this house to my friends & family!

Amazing getaway home
My family and I fell in love with the cabin. This is by far the best cabin we have rented since we started going to our annual trips. We fell so in love with it that we plan to book this one from now on. Not only was the stay great but the customer service was also great. It is a must!
