--PREMIUM REMODELED 2 BEDROOM UNIT WITH ALL THE EXTRA-- Sonoran Sun 402 west
Pourquoi ai-je plus de 165 - "5 étoiles critiques" ??? parce que je me soucie de mon unité !!!.** VEUILLEZ VOIR LA VIDÉO * *. Récemment remodelé pour inclure une nouvelle peinture, de nouveaux carreaux, de nouvelles douches et du verre, ainsi que des pommes de douche à haute pression. L'unité a TOUS les équipements nécessaires pour inclure un distributeur d'eau en bouteille, un système R / O, une machine Keurig. mélangeur et beaucoup plus. Cette unité au 4ème étage juste assez loin du côté ouest pour avoir la meilleure vue sur toute la plage et la piscine. Écoutez le son des vagues depuis votre balcon et à l'intérieur de l'appareil. A tout ce dont vous avez besoin, il suffit d'apporter votre brosse à dents et jusqu'à 6 personnes. A un lit King dans chaque chambre et un canapé-lit avec un nouveau matelas. Nous avons des appareils en acier inoxydable dans la cuisine, de nouveaux robinets partout et une télévision intelligente pour votre plaisir. Nous avons même apporté DirecTV avec le NFL SUNDAY TICKET et les paquets ICE NHL Center pour agrémenter votre séjour. Il y a quelques jeux de société et jouets de plage assortis à l'unité. N'hésitez pas à profiter de tout ce que SUN402 a à offrir.

I had to make a couple of changes and Gary was really easy to work with. Answers questions in a timely manner. The place is updated and very beautiful. Beds are comfy. The kitchen is thoroughly stocked with anything you may need. We had a great time!!

Gary’s condo was awesome to say at! Everything was well stocked as far as linens. Kitchen was stocked - just needed some chopping boards and spices. As far as the TV, detailed info on how to access various steaming videos would’ve been nice. But we spent minimal time in front of the screen and maximum time enjoying the beach and listening to the waves :) IMO, the balcony is the best part of the condo!

Overall my family and i were extremely impressed with the property....gary was easy to contact and was very accommodating. The property was exactly as advertised, access to the pool and beach was maybe two minutes away...my family and i will definitely be back to stay....was definitely the best experience we have ever had at rocky point!!

We really enjoyed this property. The furnishings were beautiful & modern. This is the second time we have stayed at this resort but the first time in this condo. We will definitely be back! The host was prompt replying to every message! His place was a perfect spot to celebrate with my sister and her husband for her 65th birthday!
I would not recommend eating at the restaurant!

My family needed down time, and Gary’s condo was amazing for that. The main room and master open onto a large and comfortably furnished balcony, which is where we spent much of our time. Listening to the ocean all day, watching the tide come in and go out, beach combing…it was super relaxing. The condo was very clean, and we really appreciated having a place to do laundry right in the unit. The one time I had a question, Gary answered very by quickly and we figured it out. Go relax on the beach!

This condo was absolutely perfect. It was updated and extremely clean. we have been staying at Sonoran sun for 15 years and this is one of the nicest units. The patio furniture really nice‼️

From the moment I walked in I was amazed. The view from inside looking out is amazing. Balcony time was the best. Even if it was windy and cooler by the pool you did not feel that on the balcony. The place had everything you needed for a wonderful stay and was very clean. The Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans for cooking if you choose to. The beds were very comfortable and had plenty of extra blankets if needed. I loved the information folder that was there it was very useful and answered any question you might have. I would definitely stay here again.

Place is renovated and kept very well. Everything has been thought through. Even has RO system and spring water through dispenser is provided. Big thing in Mexico.

We read through a number of reviews prior to booking and came across this specific location. Once booked, the owners was in communication of what is next, what to bring, and even boarder crossing details.
The location was easy to get to, and the check-in process was seamless. Once we arrived in the condo, there was a welcome book with things to do, tv channels, where to eat, and laws within the country. The rooms were clean, up to date furnishings, and good water pressure. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials and the living room was comfortable. Being right on the beach, the view was fantastic!
At the pool area, the staff was friendly and the drinks were reasonably priced. Walking to the beach was good; the stairs were washed away in a recent hurricane, so the sand ramp was the only way to get down. Bringing water shoes made this easier and being in the ocean smoother on the feet!
Overall, this place was amazing and the owner made us feel welcomed and kept us in the loop prior to arriving. Highly recommended!

All was great! Until one of my sister screamed as she finished using the guest restroom there was a spiderweb with a live baby tarantula! My sister has phobia with spiders and tarantulas! Also the band taca tacas band was extremely loud and out of tune. Otherwise we had a wonderful time.thank you so much

Condo is large. A bit dark in deco. Clean. Needs blow dryer in master bedroom. Huge balcony. Great location but not walking distance to downtown cost $20 each way. Staff very friendly would recommend

Perfect location with amenities
My overall impression of this property was stellar. The owner of the property was very informative and detailed with the information regarding his property. From what to expect, how to check in, where to go visit and things to do. the room itself was beyond what I was expecting. I loved the view, to the beach, everything we needed to make a comfortable stay was provided and even extras. There were times I didn't' want to leave my room because it was just that comfortable.
I originally planned for 2 people to stay with me, but last minute an extra family member showed up and I needed to request any extra person in my room. I contacted Gary and he contacted the security people at the location to make sure I was able to let my extra family member in.
I will definitely recommend this location to anyone who wants to visit Rocky Pointe! You will not be dissappointed

Amazing location with everything you need!
COMPLETELY as described and listed. The view in the listing of the pool and the beach is the ACTUAL view, which was awesome! Close proximity and easy access to the pool, beach, parking, elevator, stairs, restaurant, mini mart, and anything else. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed and more. The owner was VERY good at communicating. I had some questions in advance, and I always got a quick and thorough reply. We hope to stay again!
