Mega-grosse Zimmer; Frühstück sehr gut

Disponibilité et gentillesse des membres du personnel. Propreté de la chambre et de l'hôtel en général. Chambre très grande. Produits d'hygiène et dosettes de café/thé mis a disposition dans la chambre. Qualité des plats servis au restaurant. Les petites attentions du personnel pour notre fille de 19 mois. Cadre de l'hôtel situé en pleine nature et proche du centre de Bruges. Il doit être idéal en été pour profiter du lac en famille. Le parking privé et gratuit. Espace bien être et sauna propres et en libre accès jusque 22h avec prêt de peignoirs et serviettes. Hôtel que je conseille fortement. Nous gardons cette adresse et nous reviendrons prochainement.

Le restaurant ferme malheureusement trop tôt (19h ou un peu avant parfois). Le buffet du petit déjeuner lors du dernier jour était plutôt décevant car moins garni que les jours précédents. (Peut être a cause du nombre de personnes séjournant dans l'hôtel) La cage de musculation de la salle de sport ne pouvait pas être utilisée correctement car l'une des fixations était cassée.

Die Temperatur im Zimmer, die sich nur minimal verstellen lässt. Keine Temperaturanzeige auf dem Thermostat. 21,5 Grad wurden sicher nicht erreicht. Leider ist der Wellnessbereich mit zwei Liegen sehr klein und nur von 19-22 Uhr ohne Zuzahlung begehbar. Frische Handtücher und Bademantel lagen nicht aus. Aufgrund der Öffnungszeiten des Restaurant war ein gesunder Snack nach der Sauna leider nicht möglich.

Great hotel, huge rooms, good breakfast and super friendly reception staff. Staff makes all the difference and both the night staff and day staff at the reception were always smiling and helpful with any queries we had.

Breakfast is really good my daughter enjoyed going everyday morning to have it, good selection of fruits, fresh pancakes, eggs etc.

L'espace, le calme, les commodités, la proximité avec Bruges, tout était super! C'était agréable et lumineux. La chambre était spacieuse et pratique. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était vraiment excellent, très bon et varié. D'ailleurs la dame qui nous a accueilli au buffet était adorable. On reviendra sûrement si on en a l'occasion...

golf trip with friends. Hotel was good, rooms were excellent size and nice location on lake. Breakfast was great for continental breakfast.

Taxi costs into Bruges were high. I think next time we would put up with tourist tax and stay in Bruges rather than on the outskirts.

Very quiet and felt different to most hotels due to its design. Room was a good size too with great views of the lake.

Very spacy bedrooms and badrooms. The breakfast has enough choicer for everyone. Every room has a view on the lake. It is very quiet during the night. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

A minor item. During breakfast used plates, cups were not removed from the table.

The location is splendid. Water and fields in the direct neighborhood.

Breakfast starts at 8, but there was an excellent packed breakfast available as I had to leave early.

Nice hotel placed in a very nice natural environment. Room with a view to a lake. Big room, big bathroom. Kettle and fridge in the room. Also tv. Super comfortable bed. I recommend it.

Domein Polderwind is located at a beautiful lake and has a very calm surrounding. The staff was very friendly, and the food in the restaurant was great especially given the relatively low prices. It is a perfect accomodation if you want a quiet get away.

There was only 1 big towel while there were two of us. No major issue, but a small detail that made it just a little less amazing.

Sauna is the best I ever had. Big and private. Breakfast much variety and love hot chocolate so much. Staff are polite and willingly to help though a bit limitation of language. Rooms are mostly for special people but it didn’t bother me at all. Provide birthday drink cards for me.

Only one thing is check out 11 am. Have to pay extra fees even asking for 1 hour more. But, still, let us do sauna. so, it is okay.
