The beds

A little further away from the airport than I expected and hard to find at first. However once we managed to find the property it was a good place to stay with my family. The location does require a car to get around but It was easy to access the roads to get where we wanted to go.

It was further away from the town than we'd like and was a 15-20 minute walk into Town. The property itself was good albeit a little rough around the edges but it was good value and I'd happily stay there again.

the pool is lovely

The sun beds were rotten and two were unusable. Also there were only four when the villa says it sleeps six. There were five of us. The patio chairs were rusty and one broke when sat on and also only four of them. The sofa bed was awful. no way it would sleep two adults. We had to pay €10 a day for the downstairs AC to be activated. The BBQ looked about 10 years old as was the grill. Also the furniture inside and out was not as per the photos. The sofas were not very comfortable. Not even a few cushions. Everything is done on a budget and they need to spend money on things. You can’t just take peoples hard earned money and not invest it in the property.

The location was excellent. Clean and comfortable.

The sunloungers need replacing

Good clean Villa. Pool and garden area were very nice. Good value for August stay Villa is very private and not overlooked. Very short walk to beach and very close to Polis town centre. Property manager assisted very quickly during stay.

17:00 check in time and 10:00 check out time were not great as this felt like we were paying for a day that we didn't actually get, however assumedly this is attributed to enhanced Covid cleaning. Would normally expect a few more basic items to be provided during a villa stay, particularly kitchen/cooking items. Just a single complimentary bottle of water in the villa on arrival would have been useful also given the late check-in time and the recommendation to not drink from taps.
