I’d love to give this property a bad review as I want to keep it for myself - but I can’t! The property is immaculate, perfect for every meal of the day - breakfast looking across the orange grove to the sea/ lunch looking over the pool and drinks on the 1st floor terrace in the evening. The best property you could wish to holiday in.

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact I don’t own it and had to leave!

The Villa was immaculate and extremely well equipped. Joseph is a great host and went out of his way to ensure our stay was perfect. The swimming pool and hot tub are great and kept exceptionally clean. There is also a small private beach just 2 minutes walk away. We have visited Cyprus for many years and would rate this as one of the best villas we have stayed in

Great, almost private beach with turtles just a few steps away. Quiet, secluded area. A lot of stuff in the house and by the pool, that you can use.

The house could use a little bit more cleaning and a little bit newer stuff (like air coinditioning for example which sometimes had trouble working properly). There was no trash bags in the house and no capsules for dishwasher. Also the Wi-Fi was not very good.

Easy communication with the owner. Check-in / check-out at foreseen time. Perfect ! Villa very well equipped internet TV, games, pool, jacuzzi, private beach, kitchen, gas barbecue, sun bath, towels, umbrellas, .... no need to buy anything ! Various terraces around the villa, which lets you choose to be in the sun or in the shadow, whatever the period of the day. 3 large bedrooms with double bed - perfect for 6 persons Cleaning during the stay (villa, pool and "garden") Location: few minutes from Polis (restaurants, supermarket, ... ) and from other restaurants on the beach !! You need to have a rental car :-) Water, juice, bread and cheese in the fridge at our arrival. Quick response from the owner (issue with air conditioning, solved during the day)

Timer for the air conditioning with time limit at 4 h. Meaning that during a warm night, you have to wake up every 4 hours to restart the air conditioning. We were happy to be there during Covid period (mostly without neighbors) but it can be a bit annoying with noisy neighbors (we experienced this during one week-end and the owner told us that we should have asked him to solve this. If it happens to you, feel free to complain to the owner) Acoustic isolation is not perfect (noise from the road)

Perfect beach - private, clean and just a few minutes’ walk. The pool was wonderful, as well as the jacuzzi and play room. The house and facilities were very clean. The owner was very nice, welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended.

Air condition unit in each room – which is great. Nevertheless, was still a little hot.
