This is our second time time renting this home and yet our second time coming down after a hurricane. This home will not disappoint, the homeowner has made sure that the home has everything from beach supplies, and pool toys for enjoying the pool if your not a beach person. All around this home has it all, close to beach, shops, dinning. The homeowner is very easy to work with and always keeps u updated on what’s going on.

The house was perfect, had all the amenties one would need and then some. The house had everything labelled so you knew where everything was. The short walk to the beach was perfect. You really could not have asked for anything better.

We had a wonderful time on our vacation and this beautiful home was a sanctuary. It has a well stocked and organized kitchen with everything you need to help whip up a meal. We did a lot of grilling. The pool was magnificent and the walk to the beach takes only about 10 minutes. There are a ton of beach accessories in the garage to make your day fun and special. This property met every want that we could of imagined. Kathy and Tom were great to work with. The home and amenities were beyond expectations. Location is unbeatable. This was our grandson’s senior trip with us and he thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the closeness to the beach. The bikes and all the beach accessories were such a nice bonus. The house was immaculate and had so many added features Everyone wants to come back. This property may have ruined all future vacations. Can’t believe we can find a better place and location. We stayed here in 2020 and had to come back. Beautiful home, perfect pool/hot tub/lanai, comfortable rooms. The beach is so close we went back multiple times a day. Great beach bikes for exploring the island. Our whole family loved this vacation home.

Have now stayed here several years. Always a great experience. Perfect location, quiet, peaceful and a truly lovely home and pool/sauna/lanai. Thoughtful options including bikes and beach toys. Sonos sound system and wireless both easy to link to. Even a printer accessible via wireless. Everything well labeled, well laid out and property is maintained with care and excellence.

We loved our stay! Everything you could imagine was covered. The owners thought of everything! We would love to stay here again!

Our expectations are simple. Clean property in a great location with enough space for mom, dad, two teenagers and a nine-year old. This house was super clean with a great floorplan, wonderful living area, kitchen and lanai / pool area. We knew the location was close to the beach, but were also very pleased with the proximity to Marco Golf and Garden, sundry stores and very good restaurants. If that wasn't enough, it is clear the owners thought about nearly everything from beach wagons, chairs, umbrellas to 5 very nice bikes, to chip clips, to every pot pan and utensil you can imagine. Didn't even have to guess what switch was for what light or fan - all labeled. Bravo! You won't regret a stay here!

This place was nice, clean, well equipped and in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything is in great condition. We had 8 people and were pretty comfortable. The pool and hot tub are really nice and clean. 8 nice beach chairs and beach access is very walkable. Bikes were good. There is even a fishing pole and shrimp buckets in the garage. There is a nice book on the history of Marco Island in this house that I found pretty interesting to read.

We were so sad to leave! We had the best time at this wonderful property. The owners have left nothing to be desired and thought of everything to make for a very easy, relaxing and comfortable stay!! The location was perfect and we loved the easy access to the beach and provided beach gear and bikes.

We have rented multiple homes in Marco over the last 15 years and this was the absolute best experience ever! The home is extremely well maintained and supplied, the owner has thought of everything from supplies to excellent instructions, the location is fantastic, and the owner is extremely responsive. We have found the perfect rental for our family!

The only reason I don’t want to say how amazing the rental of this property is due to selfish reasons. I want to be able to rent again in the future. There is nothing lacking in this property from the amazing organization to be able to find what you need, to having everything that you will need or want on your vacation. There is extreme detail and care given to this rental and is so much appreciated. This rental will provide you with a vacation that you will have wonderful memories to cherish. I have rented houses for years on Marco Island and this house is the cream of the crop. I have never had a large supply of plastic ware available. Another simple but needed amenity, the chip clip, and they have those available too. I brought my own but didn’t need to use them. I also want to say that the cooking gear I. E. Pots and pans were wonderful. Most rentals that have non stick pans are all scratched up. Not one scratch. My grand children were not in need of beach toys, all taken care of. Pool water and spa so CLEAN which was so important to us. Location location location not very far to mini golf, ice cream, restaurants, park and most importantly the beach. They had so much beach gear we didn’t need to use all of it. That has never happened before. The bikes were great hopefully next time we can use more when grandchildren are a little older, the wagons provided took care of that. Washer and drier amazing to take care of full loads of washing all the beach towels that were used daily between the beach and the pool.love the saltwater pool it saves the color on swim suits. Another impressive quality is that the owners answer questions promptly. Any concerns they are willing to talk you through it. Probably won’t need to ask much because of all the thorough directions provided around the house. Love love love the fans that are in the rooms, they are big enough to feel the air even in the large rooms of this house. Can’t go wrong with hitting the button and renting this property, can’t wait to come back again.

This house is absolutely gorgeous. It has all the amenities that you need. The kitchen is fully stocked and the house is spotless. Anything that you need for the beach is in the garage. Kathy was there to answer any questions. A must stay. We had a great time!

Absolutely love this stunning home. We travel every other month and I brought the basics with us but this house was equipped perfectly. The owners were so responsive if and when we had questions. It really felt as though we were just at home. (Minus the beach) Beach acres is about 3 minutes away away. Absolutely perfect.Thank y’all so much♥️

This was a fabulous house, possibly the best VRBO house we have ever stayed. The VRBO description was accurate and the house was incredibly clean and well cared for. The kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials and then some. The owner was incredibly responsive and answered all of our questions very quickly. You can't go wrong with this house.

The home is labeled tastefully throughout to be sure you know how to operate everything and know where to put things away in the kitchen. Easy walk to the beach!!!
