Beautiful Lake Hamilton Cottage with Deck extending over the lake
Magnifique chalet sur le lac Hamilton - situé dans le quartier populaire sud de Hwy 7 / Central Ave, au cœur de nombreuses activités amusantes.
Plan d'étage à concept ouvert. STUDIO STYLE qui signifie pas de murs séparant le salon, la salle à manger, la cuisine et le coin chambre. La salle de bain est la seule pièce privée.
Vous aurez besoin de louer 2 chambres à coucher si vous voulez la vie privée.
Si vous avez besoin d'une grosse douche, cela ne fonctionnera pas pour vous. La douche est petite. Ceci est un cadre de douche de taille standard de la fabrication. S'il vous plaît louer une autre unité si vous avez besoin d'une grande douche.
La particularité unique de cette propriété est la grande terrasse qui s'étend sur le lac avec une cale de bateau située sous le pont.

I truly cannot recommend this cottage enough. We have rented from Marie a few times in the last 10 years, and it has always been a wonderful experience. The cottage is SO well appointed. She truly thinks of all the things you may need to make your trip comfortable. The location is perfect, the cottage is always super clean, and Marie is an absolutely great host. We can’t wait to continue to rent this cottage & make more memories here!

This is a great little house - perfect for a long weekend stay! The deck overlooking the lakefront is wonderful, the house is clean and well-appointed and very comfortable. Lots of restaurants and things to do within the area.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Marie’s cottage. It exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. We are tall and stocky people, and the shower worked fine for us. We enjoyed the huge deck and watching the geese and boats. The bed was very comfortable. We had no issues and highly recommend this rental. We’d happily stay here again.

Perfectly peaceful yet close to everything. We enjoyed spending the days seeing the sites and enjoying the surrounding nature spots and the afternoons on the deck overseeing the lake. Just what our hearts needed!

This cottage was perfect for a relaxing weekend with my husband. He enjoyed fishing off the docks, we were located close to Oaklawn and enjoyed the races. 10 out of 10 would stay here again! The bed was comfy, kitchen was well stocked. We sleep with a fan and forgot ours, found a perfect one in the closet. Owner messaged list of local restaurants to try prior to our stay. Very good experience.

Cute and cozy little cottage located directly on Lake Hamilton with deck views. Close proximity to all attractions with still being in a quiet secluded area with only a few neighbors. A perfect get away made for relaxation, outdoor adventures or a combination of the two.

The cabin was exceptionally clean and very well stocked. Near everything you would need! The deck is amazing. We spent most of our weekend at the cabin relaxing for our anniversary weekend, just myself and my husband. Would highly recommend.

Oh, where do I start? Our weekend getaway at the lakefront studio cottage was an absolute dream! The views were breathtaking, like something out of a postcard. And let's talk about those linens – talk about luxury! I felt like royalty sleeping on those and the towels were super fluffy. But you know what truly made the experience? Marie, our host. She's an absolute gem, making sure we had everything we needed and more. Can't wait to go back and soak up that serene lakeside vibe again!

This bright, open, beautiful and clean little cottage was extremely well supplied and was a great location for our 4 days in Hot Springs. We and our dogs enjoyed the wonderful deck and the grounds. As advertised, it is right on the lake. Marie, our hostess, communicated well and gave us terrific restaurant suggestions. What a gem!

First off, this place smelled amazing! It was clean and felt like home. My wife said it was like a “tiny mansion” it’s a small lake house but feels so roomy! Definitely would stay again. Marie is very quick to respond and checked on us during the stay! Such a nice place.

I booked this property for a short overnight stay on a long road trip. It's two rooms -- the bathroom/laundry, and then the rest is an open studio space with kitchen, bed, couch, chair, daybed, and a few tables. Floor-to-ceiling windows give neat views of the lovely property. As others have noted, the lake is sometimes quite low (or no water at all in areas). Deck is huge and secure (good for dogs). Yard is not fenced and it is shared with other cottages on the property. There is a free-roaming large dog across the way, and it was exploring the dry lake area. Not a problem with my dogs, but just beware if you let your dog out! Overall, an amazing, comfortable location, just an easy drive to the national park. I would stay here again.

We were traveling to Texas from the Midwest to visit family for Christmas. It’s a 16 hour drive but this little cottage in Arkansas was the perfect place to rest and relax before Christmas merriment! It was so charming: the lake, the deck, accommodations-everything! Our host was very responsive and accommodating. We are definitely returning when we can!

Everything was perfect, location on the lake and the location to town. The only complaint would be the shower, very small and about a minute of hot hot water. My husband is 6'4 and I am 5'6. So we had to move the shower head and the water shot straight on the ceiling. We had to put the shower head back together. And I couldn't shave my legs the whole time I was there. Cold water, made it impossible.

Pictures don't do cottage justice. It's extremely clean & perfectly taken care of. Decorated for holidays which gives it a warm welcoming feeling. Everything inside is of excellent quality...from the soaps to the cooking supplies. I bring my on skillet because most are in bad condition but her pans were great. The bed was comfortable & sheets so soft. Love that our 4 legged family member was allowed to join us. Watch out for acorns falling this time of year. Its a game of doge ball. Lol
Sitting on the large deck watching Canadian geese was fun. Overall I would highly recommend. Definitely one of the places we've stayed.
