REMISE DE NOVEMBRE! RÉSERVEZ MAINTENANT POUR DES ÉCONOMIES @ 175 $. Ce chalet de plage absolument magnifique et entièrement restauré est situé au cœur de Mission Beach, à quelques pas de l'océan. Ceci est un très joli chalet de plage privée, très confortable, trois chambres, une salle de bain, à seulement 30 secondes à pied de la plage.
Il y a beaucoup de parking ici - difficile à trouver à Mission Beach. Nous pouvons adapter 3 voitures ou 1-2 SUV.
Le salon a une magnifique cuisine complète qui se jette dans la salle à manger et le salon. Le salon dispose d'une fabuleuse cheminée en brique d'origine, d'une télévision, d'un DVD, d'une chaîne stéréo et d'une connexion haut débit à Internet. Les portes françaises s'ouvrent sur un patio privé avec un tout nouveau barbecue à gaz, un coin repas extérieur et des meubles de patio flambant neufs.
Il y a un roi dans le maître, un lit double et des lits jumeaux dans la deuxième chambre et un lit gigogne dans la troisième chambre. Il y a une passerelle de 3 pieds de doubles portes françaises pour accéder à la troisième chambre privée.
Il y a 4 nouveaux téléviseurs à écran plat: un 32 'et 42' dans chacune des chambres et un 52 'dans le salon.
Il y a une vraie différence entre une maison comme celle-ci et un condo avec des murs communs - pas de pas au-dessus de vous au milieu de la nuit ou des voix venant à travers les murs. Et oui, il y a vraiment une différence avec les toutes nouvelles fenêtres à double vitrage et les portes françaises.
Ce chalet de plage est très bien pour quelque chose de comparable à proximité de la plage. Et il y a de petits magasins et restaurants à distance de marche dans ce quartier très prisé de Mission Beach. Voici la vie de la plage de SoCal dans une petite ville que vous avez vue pendant des années à la télévision et au cinéma. Venez nous essayer! Tout, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur, est nouveau, car la rénovation complète de la maison vient de se terminer.

Great stay, clean and very close to beach. Close to street and can get noisy so if you have small children bring a white noise machine, but nothing that would deter us from staying here again. Thanks!

This was perfect for our family of 7. We all had plenty of room and enjoyed the location of it close to both the beach and the bay.

The house is located in a great location. It's literally steps from the beach and boardwalk. Windows on all sides of the house really helped with the breeze at night. Parking was more than adequate. Check in was a breeze and information was provided 1-2 days in advance on how to check in. The host answered all of my questions within 2 hours of sending an email and even helped us locate a umbrella and chair rental company for our family. It was such a good experience that we plan to book this VRBO rental again in the near future. One thing to point out is that this house is directly located next to the main road in Mission Beach and some motorcycles and cars can be a little noisy at times throughout the night. This is completely outside the host's control. It woke us up a handful of times (since we aren't used to being so close to a road at home), but this minor inconvenience didn't take away from our overall impression on how lovely the property is. Our family is looking forward to staying in this property again in the future!

The house was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Kitchen had upscale cabinetry, and bathroom shower was very nice. We could walk everywhere and the beach and bay were just steps away. The neighbors were nice too. The owner was very responsive to concerns, and his handyman was prompt and friendly.

Perfect location for staying at the beach. The cottage was perfect size for us. Our teenager loved the room in the in the converted garage. Our daughter had fun in the bunk bed room, making a fort.
The cottage was clean & well stocked with everything you’d need. Nice having the ability to do laundry on-site. Dave was really good with communication!! We unfortunately could stay long enough to use all the great beach things that were there to use.

My family had a great time using this house. The location is perfect! We had everything we needed, we were steps from the beach, and we got to watch a marathon run right by the front door. The neighbors were very friendly!

This vacation was absolutely amazing and truly lived up to everything. The owner said, I’ll give this a 10 out of 10 and recommend to anybody staying with their family. The area is very nice. Everybody is super friendly and there is lots of things to do within a short walking distance. We absolutely enjoyed our stay in our so, very thankful.

Cute house, very small with a tiny front yard and no backyard. You're exposed on 3 sides, the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom are directly on the sidewalkand you do hear the traffic at night. The 3rd bedroom is a garage conversion.
All that being said, I would rent it again. You walk out the front door and the beach is 200ft away. The bay is maybe 300ft the opposite direction. We are a family of 6 and we were comfortable.
I loved having a driveway. It fit our Suburban with ease.

We loved our stay at Mission Beach. This house was perfect for my family and had everything we needed. Our favorite part was it was just steps away to the sand and waves. We will definitely recommend and stay here again.

The pics in the ad seemed to imply that the house was closer to the beach. It is actually on the main road. The walk to the beach is just a few mins.
The house is fine. The third bedroom is a shed/ garage. The only problem with that is having to go into the house to use the bathroom at night. That wouldn’t be an issue except the keys to the doors were very difficult to use. It often took multiple tries to open the doors.
The fan in the bathroom was very dirty.
When I contacted the owner about these issues he sent out a handyman. This person cleaned the fan vent cover. He tried to fix the door locks by spraying them with WD 40. This just left an oily residue on the keys which got on our hands whenever we used them.
The day before we left I walked to the front door (this door had been easier to open than the one closest to the 3rd bedroom). As I walked up to the door I tripped on a loose board in the step. I fell and injured my leg.
I sent an email to the owner regarding what happened. I included pics of the board that could be completely lifted off of the base, and a picture of the large bruise on my leg. I did not hear back from him.

Location was awesome! I went to San Diego as my sons date to the Marine Ball. My son loved the house and location and said he would not mind living in that home. The only complaint I have is that I did not feel that it was very clean. There were bulbs hanging out of the fans in the garage room, fire alarm was hanging down out of the ceiling, the silverware trey was not very clean and the freezer could have used a while down. Other than that my experience there was great! I would for sure recommend staying here!

This is the second time staying here. It was so convenient to the beach, had everything we needed, but definitely one of our favorite parts was its own parking! We hope to stay here again!

The beach house was as advertised. We arrived to a clean house ready for us to settle in. I would say that the biggest perk was the proximity of the beach! Literally a 30 second walk. Staying with a family of 5 made this feature a hit! We loved staying here. Thank you David! We loved our stay!

The house was great, and in an incredible location. Lot's of great attractions nearby. We had a vehicle, but ended up walking everywhere. This location cannot be beat if you want to explore San Diego - from Mission Beach to Pacific Beach, La Jolla, Coronado and the San Diego Zoo. David, the property manager, is terrific. The place is convenient, clean and the check-in process is easy.

My husband, daughter, two grandchildren and I stayed at this place. Loved the location close to the beach.
Having a kitchen is very convenient because we cooked all of our meals there. Most of the supplies were sufficient for living. We did need aluminum foil and it was not supplied as well as more Tupperware would’ve been nice to store leftovers in. I would’ve liked more toilet paper. If you’re going to stay here, bring some.
Washer and dryer were very convenient although the dryer had some issues with the lint trap.
Beds were comfy with plenty of room. The master was very warm so, we had to leave the windows open and sleep with the fan on.
Sand toys could use updating. We brought our own beach chairs and boogie boards, although they had these items at the house.
Property manager was great and we will stay here again.

The Home had all the amentities that we needed, the place was clean, all appliances worked, nice patio was equiped with BBQ and ample parking.Manager responded immediately I gave them 5 stars. Will be staying for two weeks next year

We had a lovely time staying in this beach house because everything is in walking distance. Like some others have mentioned, it is located next to a busy street so it can get loud on the weekends. Make sure to bring a white noise machine if you're a light sleeper! Besides that, the amenities were great. The shower has nice water pressure and it gets hot fast! The washer and dryer were also very convenient. Overall I would recommend this place if you want to be close to Mission Beach activities!

Great little house with your own parking and so close to the beach. One of the rooms isn’t attached to the house, but otherwise everything was great. They even had sand toys. Definitely recommend!

Small, but we comfortably slept 6. 25 mins from the airport. 30 second walk to the beach/boardwalk. Short walk to many shops and cafes. Would stay here again if we come back to San Diego.
