Between watching the dolphins and sea lions to the sunrise and sunsets, I couldn’t have asked for a better location! The waves crashing on the rocks was mesmerizing and the ocean life did not disappoint; hermit crabs, sea anemones, crabs, etc. I absolutely loved every single moment!

We live in Los Angeles County but trips to the beach entail a one hour drive to the beach and two hours to get home, so during our stay-cation we decided to make it a beach vacation and this Malibu rental was perfect!
It was perfectly located so that we could walk to a a few beaches, the Malibu pier (with delicious food), the Malibu Market Place (with shops and restaurants), and Malibu Lagoon (where there are plenty of surfers). The rental is a 15 - 20 minute drive to other beaches like Point Dume and Matador, as well as to some hiking trails. So we surfed, ate really well, hiked, shopped and relaxed listening to the waves at night. So much better than driving home. The goal was to get away from the hustle and bustle and we did.
The rental was clean and comfy, with plenty of towels, sheets and blankets and beach towels. The on site staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Each unit has garage parking but it is pretty tight and getting out of your car once it's parked inside can be tricky but do-able. So unload before parking in the garage.
Great place and would definitely return.

You walk in and are stunned by the amazing view and sound of crashing waves and the feeling stays with you even after leaving. The entrance into the parking courtyard is really easy to miss off PCH. Make sure you’re okay slowing down as you get close and have a spotter.

This place was just what I was looking for. A peaceful place right on the ocean. The Hostess was wonderful to work with, very accommodating and kind. Good communication. Highly recommend!

This is an older property that has been upgraded with granite countertops, new windows, etc. The bed was very comfortable as was the couch. The location is within walking distance to the pier

I'd u want Sea to sky experience,malibu is the city u want to go. This spacious apartment is close to everything,have ur meal at Nobu malibu,shop at malibu village,walk at beach .I don't even use my car that much.even though the apartment is old but everything works great

We had such a great time! Ordered take out nearby, waited for low tide to walk the beach and drove up into hills for a hike. Absolutely love this place! We have beautiful ocean, rainbow and sunset pictures that may end up on our walls!

The location in Malibu is great, short stroll to the pier and restaurants. But the view from the balcony makes this rental a must stay. Facing the south, you watch the sun rise over the water to the east, then set over the pier. At high tide the waves crash against the boulders strewn across the beach right below you. This was our second stay, and we'll be back. Gated parking with your own garage is a bonus. Bathroom could use updating, but that's the only negative.

We had a wonderful time staying in this unit for 4 nights. It was very clean and it had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed listening to the waves all day long. We loved that they allowed us to bring our two pups with us.Unit is close by to restaurants and shopping centers. About 15 minute drive to Santa Monica. We will definitely be back in the future! Angel was amazing and was there if we needed him. Highly recommend this location to family and friends.

We enjoyed our 3-night stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Angel. He was friendly and very helpful. The condo was oceanfront, clean, well-stocked with towels, toiletries, extra blankets & pillows. Great location. Walkable to pier, restaurants and beach. A short drive to Malibu Village restaurants and shops. We loved the balcony over the ocean from the living area. We would rent again!

This property is a very good deal. You are on the ocean and less than a five minute drive from a very nice shopping center with great retail stores, restaurants, coffee, groceries, etc. The apartment itself was very simple and the surf noise was a bit loud in the living room but we were there during very high tides so that might be why. The bedroom was very cozy. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to cook several meals in it during our stay. Angel was welcoming and helpful. Would recommend to friends!

My first contact was with the owner. She was sweet, accommodating and very pleasant to talk to. The apartment was clean, had everything you needed and the views were spectacular. The location couldn’t have been better. It was peaceful and relaxing. I will definitely return.

My husband and I were over whelmed by the view in this place. Immediately upon walking in the door you are greeted with the sounds and sight of huge ocean waves rushing toward the building. The waves are so strong that they sometimes comes up on to the balcony. I loved this place and we truly enjoyed ourself and hope to come back in September.

Vast ocean views right off the back porch. Hypnotizing surf sounds as the tide came and went throughout the day and night. A sea lion sunned on a large rock nearby for several afternoons. Close proximity to everything we wanted to see. Lovely place.

This place is a no frills traditional unit with an unparalleled view right on the beach. The furnishings are simple and clean. Gas stove, refer with ice maker and pots & pans. No dishwasher but I didn’t need one. Comfy bed, nice shower/tub. A plus for me is the one car garage.
Angel was on-site to assist if needed. The beach is rocky in front so you need to walk up beach to the surfing beach for a walk. V’s Restaurant is just down the street and excellent. Go to Malibu Seafoods for fish buy and can also eat there. I would come back
