La COASTAL PARADISE BEACH HOUSE est une belle et charmante maison de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain dans le quartier Royal Sands Beachfront! Les plafonds voûtés, le grand salon spacieux et la salle de jeux séparée en bas assureront un excellent séjour de détente. Tous les lits sont des surmatelas de haute qualité et les lits superposés sont tous en mousse à mémoire de forme qui sont incroyables! À quelques pas du golfe et à seulement quelques mètres de l'une des zones de piscine voisines du quartier. Royal Sands possède deux piscines de quartier. Notre maison offre tout le confort de la maison avec tous les accessoires pour des vacances parfaites à la plage. Le COASTAL PARADISE BEACH HOUSE a une cuisine bien équipée, des mélangeurs aux machines à pain, des barbecues au gaz et au charbon de bois, des comptoirs en granit, des sols en béton teinté et bien plus encore. Internet haut débit, TV directe sur plusieurs téléviseurs LCD, flipper et bien plus encore. La baie peut être vue depuis le porche et les chambres du 2ème étage, et l'océan depuis le porche arrière et le salon. Nous aimons les chiens (PAS DE CHATS) et les accueillons dans notre maison mais ils doivent obéir à quelques règles. La maison est non-fumeur, mais vous pouvez sortir pour fumer. La plage est à environ cinq minutes à pied à travers une belle promenade qui vous emmène à travers les dunes de sable. Avec le golfe d'un côté et la baie de l'autre, nos clients profitent d'une véritable expérience de plage. Port Aransas est sur le chemin migratoire de nombreuses espèces d'oiseaux, offrant une excellente occasion pour l'observation des oiseaux. Great family house. Good location. House is well used. Close to beach (but the beach permit is worth the small fee if you are taking lots of stuff to the beach), community pool is close and there is a Dollar General store for those few essentials you need. Our only disappointments was the pin ball machine was gone! We were planning a pinball tournament! And no beach stuff. This was our first time in PA. All the other summer house have always had some beach stuff.

House has lots of room, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and in a nice neighborhood. Owners were very helpful and easy to communicate with. Would stay again!

Home is in the perfect location: quiet neighborhood, short walk or drive to beach, pool amenities, everything you need for the perfect vacation getaway. The house is amazing and the host(s) have everything you need! I highly recommend

Such a beautiful home. The space was perfect for 2 families. The first floor is essentially a small apartment for a family with kids with shared space on the second floor alongside the master suite and additional guest room so perfect for an older couple upstairs. The finishes and special touches are really nice in a quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach and everything in town. Our 4 year old wanted to stay 100 days :-) We loved it!!

We had the best time.. the house was perfect for 12 of us, and 2 mini schnauzer. Very Clean and the beds were so comfy.. 100% recommend this property to everyone. We will be back.

Nice place, actually nicer than than the pics show. Well equipped house. Close to beach, close to town. A/C works great, which isn’t always the case with rentals. WiFi is good. All around good place to stay, would definitely go back.

This was a great stay for our family of 6 adults, 2 children and one small poodle. The home was very clean and well appointed. The room layouts were perfect such that part of the family with 2 children could have their own space on the first floor with the remainder of the family on the second floor. Beds were all very comfy, great internet and smart TV’s. Courtney was helpful with renting a crib to us and making suggestions on possible needs for our first time to Port A. We eventually rented a golf cart at Port A which was very useful going to and from the beach. The furniture on the decks could use a refresh as many of the light weight plastic chairs were cracked and easily moved and tumbled across the decks on the windy days. Otherwise this was a wonderful family home and neighborhood with on-site pool great for both adults and children.

My family stayed in this great property right before Thanksgiving. The weather did not cooperate but it was fine because the VRBO was the perfect place to stay in from the cold. Very clean, great linens, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen - everything was provided, nothing lacking. Layout was great - kids stayed downstairs and adults upstairs. Living area was spacious and enough seating for all of us to hang out and watch TV. Short walk to the beach (we did brave the cold one day!) and could see what a desirable property this would be in warm weather. We absolutely loved it and wouldn’t change a thing. Would definitely stay here again!

When we arrived, the home was very clean. They had everything we needed and was very well organized and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable. We rented a golf cart, but it really was not necessary, the beach was accessible if your are ok walking a short distance through the boardwalk. Outside shower was a plus, as it was easy to rinse off before entering the home. Highly recommend to others, we would definitely stay again. Courtney was very personable and answered any question I had. Thank you

Fantastic spot for a family trip
We loved our stay here! We would absolutely stay again. There was plenty of space for our crew to spread out, the huge back porch was a great spot to relax, everything you could possibly need was provided and the neighborhood was really nice. The beach wasn’t crowded because it’s primarily families staying in the small neighborhood. A golf cart was really nice to go back and forth to the beach since we had grandparents snd little ones, but some days we walked the short distance (just bring a wagon or something for your beach gear). My kids decided we should come here every year!

Everything you need for an enjoyable beach vacation is here at this beautiful home located a short walk to the beach. We loved the view of the lake and sunrise in the morning from the expansive porch on the west and the smaller porch in the east gives you views of the sunset and shade in the morning. Highly recommend.
