Great location and the condo was beautiful. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we loved the outdoor patio.

Super hosts, super location. The condo was clean and exactly as described. Host graciously thought of every single amenity that could be needed. Location is just a block away from restaurants and activities. But, condo was very quiet and peaceful -enjoyed coffee on patio in the morning and drinks to wind down the day in the evening. Would def stay again if in the area.

The unit is pristine and equipped with an array of cooking utensils if needed. Located in the heart of downtown, you are within minutes (walking) from restaurants, shopping, and world class cycling. It's a neat unit and Tracy is super responsive for any questions you may have.

Location, location, location! Everything is in walking distance from this great clean condo in Bentonville! Perfect amount of space for my husband and I. We walked to the square to eat, shop and enjoy the farmers market. We rented ebikes one day & it was close enough to walk there & back. Would recommend this condo & will def stay there again! It had all the amenities and was extremely clean!

Stayed here for Bentonville Bike Fest and everything was very close and convenient. The condo was immaculate and had all the amenities that I needed.

What a fantastic property! We loved staying downtown in easy walking distance from stores, restaurants, and hiking/biking trails. The condo was lovely, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The hosts communicated effectively and were super easy to work with. We definitely recommend this condo to anyone who is needing a place to stay in downtown Bentonville. You will not be disappointed!

The condo was just perfect and as described. Very clean, nicely decorated with all the amenities you need. The location couldn't have been better. Just 2 blocks from the square and close to dining. Just a few blocks from the Crystal Bridges Trail, Razorback Greenway and/or Town Branch Creek Trail. We brought our e-bikes and really appreciated the indoor, secure bike rack. Tracy was very easy to deal with and responsive. All in all we had a great 4 days in Bentonville and highly recommend this condo.

Of all the VRBO properties I’ve stayed in I rate this one #1. Beautifully decorated and equipped unit with lots of “extra” amenities not found in may other rentals. Tracy was extremely responsive to any questions. Easy walking distance to several very good restaurants and a grocery store. Good location for exploring Crystal Bridges, Eureka Springs, Fayetteville, The Pig Trail and many other sights. I highly recommend this site and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This property is not only perfectly located to what you want to do in Bentonville, but it’s clean, comfortable, neat and efficient. Quiet facility, good parking. We even sat on the small front porch, had our drinks and visited with some of the locals walking by. A good find for us.

This one bedroom condo was wonderful... modern decor, quiet, and very comfortable for my husband and I. It is just steps away from the downtown square with plenty of restaurants and a local Walmart market to pick up a few things. Crystal Bridges and Momentary were within walking distance on some great trails. We parked our car for 3 days in a designated safe parking lot and enjoyed the sites on foot.Tracy was always quick to reply to questions and even recommended eateries in the area.
