The swimming pool and anything outside the flat although size of flat also good.

The black mould throughout the flat, the incredibly uncomfortable beds, no spare pillowcases, no fresh sheets for a two week stay, broken sockets in main bedroom and in smaller bedroom, little shelves on wall under TV in main bedroom are leaning and almost falling off the wall, door handle on main bathroom not attached to door and liable to have you locked in to the bathroom, both toilets wobbly when sitting, air conditioning units never cleaned which meant I attempted to clean one and the filter was black with mould and dust, it also leaked and my partner slipped and hurt herself, under the sink in kitchen there was a bucket because it leaked and the water inside stunk, extra duvets never cleaned and also very smelly and wardrobes also had mould and bathroom in bedroom leaked and the water once the floor was cleaned was black. If these issues aren't fixed we will not be staying again.

We liked the fact that it was pet friendly, that there was a swimming pool and the late check out.

It wasn’t clean, it was smelling mold in all the rooms, uncomfortable, aircondition was dropping, there was a leak under the kitchen sink, many spider nets, only one toilet paper even though there were two toilets and the fact that there were few cockroaches.

Location was fine as we were visiting friends

The quality of the apartment The reason we booked this particular property was it stated luxury This is false advertising It wasn’t fit to be rented out It needs time investment and damp preparation using and the broken glass needs replaced in the patio door Totally disgusting!!!

The apartment is in a very quiet location on the outskirts of Oriklini , a car is needed to get around, the apartment is very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The facilities of the complex are good especially the swimming pool.

The guality of the towels in the bathroom could have been better, in the kitchen there was only 1 teatowel and nothing to wash the dishes with, in the wardrobes there were only 3 coat hangers in total,only small things but would have made a difference.

Was dirty the sheets of bed where small there wasn't any place for garbage . The bed was uncomfortable and broken the toilet in the master bedroom also broken. The pool was dirty the gym the same

The apartment was pretty clean and looked like the pics.

Unfortunately we had several cockroaches in the apartment so we could hardly relax. The flat is on the ground floor and pretty dark. Only electricity while on flat, which caused problems cause we could not properly charge our devices. Took us 30min to find flat & parking lot in the complex, had to ask several residents. Location to pool near, therefore loud with kids playing constantly. Also, facilities/ garden was under construction. Residential area with no shopping Supermarkt etc closeby.

Thank you Kostas for staying at your place it was very good apartment, on top our flight got cancelled and Kostas kindly rescheduled our staying for 2 days. I will definitely recommend to stay at this place.

Smart TV difficult to use. Need instructions as to how to access this. We have a Smart aTv at home but still couldn't find how to use this
