Amazing Getaway at Great Waters Reynolds Lake Oconee- just 90 miles from Atlanta
Nous vous invitons à un séjour agréable et agréable dans notre maison au bord du lac. Si vous devez jouer au golf, nager, jouer au tennis, aller à la pêche, à la navigation de plaisance, lire un livre ou simplement vous détendre et siroter une tasse de café tout en regardant les canards glisser le long du lac pendant que le soleil se lève ou que la lune brille sur le lac Oconee, passez quelques jours dans notre maison au bord du lac. Il dispose de 2 chambres de maître au rez-de-chaussée, chacune avec jacuzzi. Il y a un loft avec escalier en colimaçon et un bonus supplémentaire d'une salle de jeux vidéo avec Pacman et Galaga classique que les enfants apprécieront.
Notre maison au bord du lac vient d'être rénovée avec des intérieurs nouvellement peints, une nouvelle pompe à chaleur / climatisation Trane avec télécommande via Nexia, de nouvelles fenêtres, des portes coulissantes avec stores intérieurs et un nouveau plancher en bois. Il s'agit d'une maison intelligente avec serrure Nest Yale, détecteur de fumée et de monoxyde de carbone, assistant Google, caméras de véranda avant et arrière pour la sécurité. La cuisine a une nouvelle réf 2 portes et lave-vaisselle. Vous pouvez déguster du keurig ou du café préparé avec du sucre, des splenda et une crème. Des ustensiles de cuisine, des plats, des verres, des tasses, des cuillères, des fourchettes et des couteaux sont fournis. Vous pouvez utiliser notre laveuse et sécheuse. Si vous aimez faire griller, nous avons un tout nouveau "Weber" sur le porche arrière.

The house was clean, has two great bedrooms and a big loft with additional beds. There is a dock, but the water is a little shallow, so no swimming right off the dock. The pool is big, and there is a little beach right next to the house. It was a wonderful setting, we had a great time. Would book again, great spot!

We stayed at this beautiful Great Waters house on lake Oconee. What an amazing location just feet from the water, with a boat dock, fishing, water sports, tennis court and pool just outside your back door. This is a quiet and inviting neighborhood of million dollar homes where it easy to meet new friends, yet feel completely secure and private.
The house has modern furniture and a beautiful kitchen. Every view draws you to the lake. If you love water views, this is the house for you.

My son got married at the great waters clubhouse and we stayed here with friends. It was wonderful. The place was perfect! The view was amazing and we were right by the dock and pool. Great location! The property manager was very responsive and accommodating! Would highly recommend and we want to go back in the future!

Very nice. Multiple families in town. All able to stay at other houses close by. Made for a great stay.
Only challenge is the process of accessing the house.
Everything is commumicated via smart phone. Service is poor at best at the house. Without connectivity there is not way to get the code to get into the home. Better to gather info prior to arrival and store it in a place acceable without connectivity...

It is a very nice house in a great neighborhood. The view of the lake is lovely.
Unfortunately as was mentioned in a few other reviews, there is a problem with roaches throughout the house.
I did mention this to the property manager prior to our arrival and supposedly they have a service that goes out quarterly and that they were there 2 weeks prior to our arrival. We had family renting 2 other houses in the area and they did not have issues like this.
The other issue was the king bed. The two end corners stuck out enough to give your shins a good bang until you got used to the fact of them being there.
The blue mats in the bathroom and kitchen did not have no skid bottoms, so they had to be put away.

Comfortable stay for our friend group of 5 adults. We enjoyed our weekend with a spectacular view, close proximity of pool/dock, and the overall safety of being located within Reynolds gated community. Property manager communication was clear and prompt. Really enjoyed our weekend at this property.

While the home appeared clean, we were shocked that there were roaches. We were not comfortable with having any food there which was an inconvenience for us. Great Lake view and access.

Very pleased with the location and amenities! The house was beautiful, location was secure and we thoroughly enjoyed the peace and tranquility of being on the water. There was a minor issue with door leading to the deck which the property manager came over and resolved the next morning.

It was a great week, the house it self has all you need for a family. Very good location, in front of a shared dock, near to the village pool, house was clean and new outside grill.
On the cons, there are a lot of cockroaches in the house, small ones (big ones only outside), so probably there is a nest somewhere near the kitchen. That was the place where we found most of them everyday.

This property was great for a few days at Lake Oconee and the location could not be better. It’s right next to the shared dock if you rent a boat. The kids also loved the Pac-Man game. We enjoyed our stay!

An amazing experience … the home, the owner and the amenities made for the perfect long weekend getaway. We rent homes around the SE often - this has been one of our best lake retreat experiences in years. Definitely looking to rebook!!

We enjoyed our time in the house, which is right on Lake Oconee. The house was just as advertised, in a nice gated community with enough space for the four of us. It was an easy 10-15 minute drive for groceries, restaurants, etc. The grill was not working, but the property manager assures me that it is being replaced. I would rent this property again.

The house was great! Nice neighborhood, good area for walking. Beautiful view of the lake, nice back porch, large dock just behind the house, small beach area and pool next door. Great communication from the property manager. The kitchen is bit small but worked fine for cooking. Some of the smaller beds were on the firm side. The arcade game was a nice touch and the kids loved it. We would definitely stay again and we would highly recommend it if you are considering a trip to the lake!

Nice house in Reynolds
It was a great week, the house it self has all you need for a family. Very good location, in front of a shared dock, near to the village pool, house was clean and decent outside grill.
On the cons, there are a lot of cockroaches in the house, I don’t know if it was only the house or a Reynolds problem. When we were there , the people from pest control came to the house , so looks more like a general Reynolds issue.
Golf and other clubhouse activities where not available because the owner of the house was not a member. I contact the property management in advanced but this was not possible to be solved. People at Reynolds administration, told me that if we rent the properties through Reynolds page this can be arranged , because they know which properties have valid members.

Seem like mostly maintenance items and certainly would not keep us from coming back.
