Notre maison de montagne est située à un mile en dehors des limites de la ville de Franklin, NC. Vous avez un accès facile à notre maison avec des routes pavées et une allée en béton. Cette maison de montagne a tout, de belles vues sur les Great Smoky Mountains et est à seulement quelques minutes des parties les plus belles et divertissantes de la Caroline de l'Ouest, dans une communauté isolée de domaines montagneux. Ceci est notre deuxième maison, donc tous les draps de bain, appareils de cuisine, etc. sont inclus. Tout ce que vous devez apporter, c'est votre propre nourriture.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is very comfortable and the view is spectacular. There is a lot of room to spread out.

The view was perfection, the house was clean and well kept, and the decor of bird houses and geese brought me right back to early 90s nostalgia. Comfortable beds and couches and plenty of space to spread out. The only negative was the slightly scary "over-the-cliff" driveway entrance, but it is impossible to rival the scenery off that large porch without driving on the edge of cliffs.
The best moments were spent having breakfast on the porch enjoying the magnificent Blue Ridge. I 100% will stay here again in the future!

Staying at the property again. The process was easy, all the pictures shows the property exactly like it is, very clean and maintained. Will be requesting stays at the property for years to come. Owner is fanatic to work with and responds back to emails.
Took a day to visit Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, did some antique shopping and enjoying wonderful meals around the Franklin area. Highly recommend Fat Buddy’s BBQ ( black eye pea stew is amazing!)

This is a beautiful spacious cabin. The location is perfect, close to town but up a beautiful mountain with a gorgeous view. This was a perfect large cabin for my 3 little grandchildren to have plenty of room to play & run around. My daughter & her husband had their own space. I was able to have my own space. The large windows facing the gorgeous view was perfect! We also loved the fireplace! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home! It was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook meals there. We loved having our morning devotions on the porch overlooking the mountains. During our stay we saw a deer, a chipmunk, birds, and a cat. The house is close to so many gorgeous waterfalls. We also enjoyed walking through the Historical Society on Main Street where we learned a lot about the people and the history of Franklin. There is a notebook on the coffee table that has suggestions and directions of places to see. All questions we had concerning the house were answered immediately! Our stay could not have been any better!

When in the house, we spent time enjoying the deck, either lounging or eating meals outside.
The street and driveway were a challenge, being narrow and steep, but the instructions and tips provided were helpful.

The home is everything you would want in a mountain house. If you require big TVs or blazing fast Wifi, this Great home is not for you. If you love amazing mountain views from just about every room in the house, if you love relaxing on the deck and seeing the amazing night stars, or just relaxing and reading a book. This is the place to be.
I'm already looking into staying here again as soon as possible!

Absolutely adorable cabin with amazing mountain view! Loved the decor, reminded me of my Grandma's house with all the cute knick knacks. Old TV,s but we weren't there for that although we did find a couple old VHS tapes to watch which also brought us back in time. Loved the fireplace and the lounge chairs out back and we played a lot of rummy as a family on the back porch. Thanks Jerry, we will definitely be back!

This property was exactly what we were looking. The home was beautiful, well settled on the mountainside with a view that was insanely amazing! It was like a home away from home. Can't wait to return and soak in more of that gorgeous view!

The outside of the home is much nicer than the inside. That deck and view are beautiful . But the inside of the house is stuck in the late 1980s. Lower basement area has strong musty odor. The washing machine has mildew where the owners or maid didn’t leave it open after using it to let the seal dry before closing it .The kitchen is super small with no counter space so cooking is hard and we had to figure out the portable dishwasher because there weren’t any instructions that we could find. The whole house needs better decor and the bathroom.had peeling wallpaper. The large TV is very old and was hard to watch because of the large windows(we love college football) The view and the location are the best thing about this rental. The driveway is scary and would be difficult if it had iced up. The arrival instructions were good and the heat worked well. The price was fair. I do think an”Super Host” should call or text to be sure you are OK upon arrival.

My boyfriend and I stayed 09/01/22-09/05/22. The drive up to the house was not as hard as we were expecting it to be. It was late at night and we took my sedan to save on gas. My car had no issues getting to the house. The directions say that MapQuest will not take you to the house so we already had the directions printed out that our host sent us. We got ourselves turned around but that is because my boyfriend "knew how to get there" as all men think they know everything. Come to find out google maps will take you straight to the house. The drive way is steep but my little car did just fine. It rained everyday except our fist day so we didn't get to see the views as much as we hoped to but when we did they were A M A Z I N G!!!! The house has a older décor but, that is what I loved about it. Made me feel right at home. Our host was quick to respond when we asked a few questions. We are looking forward to staying again in the future.

Cons- tons of ladybugs, like an infestation of lady bugs. There were live ones and dead ones. Wasp flying inside. Every morning there were 4-6 half dead wasp on the den floor. Throughout the day, there would be some flying around inside. There were a couple of roaches in the kitchen (one on the table and one on the dishwasher).

You can tell it is their second home as it is well stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes, games, dvds, books, etc...no need to pack extra items. Would stay here again.
