It was very easy to check in and get into the condo. The key pad made it easier. The place was very clean inside and out. Washer and dryer were small but very good and held a lot more than you would think. The bathroom was tiny but he shower was wonderful. It had 2 TVs which included streaming snd cable. The security guard was wonderful!! He helped us carry out luggage up and was always helpful and polite. The downsides of the unit was no closet, the refrigerator leaked inside, the bathroom sink was pretty much stopped up. The bed really needs to be updated.

We never had to drive anywhere the entire week! We couldn't get the cable to work on the main TV, but then who really wants to watch TV while your at the beach! I had an amazing vacation in Hilton Head. This condo was perfect for me. Clean, cozy, and close to the beach. I would definitely recommend this for couples or singles. It provided all the comforts needed and then some. The rental agency was amazing - providing recommendations and a great guest intro package with hardback Hilton Head guide book - very cool. They were even able to supply bikes and other equipment. The security people were great too. They were social and helpful! It was perfect for a relaxed, laid-back, beach vacation.

This property is clean and contemporary with a touch of beach chic! My husband & I stayed here for our early summer vacation. We had a fantastic experience & will absolutely stay here again. The location (which is directly on the ocean & within walking distance to shopping, dining & entertainment) is perfect! You can't go wrong choosing Breakers 139!

This is what sold the rental for us. The unit itself is very small. The kitchen was stocked well enough to get by and the washer dryer unit was a godsend. There is only a couch and dining table with 4 chairs inside along with end tables. I really missed not having a comfy chair to sit in. The balcony was furnished with 2 bar height chairs but a shorter table which was not very convenient. A few items that are inexpensive but helpful would be coat racks/hooks on wall to hang items and a full length mirror. There is not much storage in the bedroom, we lived out of suitcases. The unit was clean and very manageable for the time we were there.

The location of this property is hands down the best part- it’s in walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops and is directly on the beach. Only downside to the property is there isn’t a lot of seating in the living room and the dishwasher wasn’t working. I would definitely recommend this property & stay here again!

Reviewer Comments: You cannot deny the amazing location that the breakers resort has but condo 139 was absolutely disappointing. we had booked a different room on VRBO but it got cancelled just 3 weeks before our arrival so it was on a whim we even got this room—this room was found for us by a broker so it wasn’t anything I found on my own. Pictures are outdated on website so you’re not seeing the true room. The bedroom has carpet with years worth of stains and no attempt of professional cleaning. The bathroom had one outlet and it did not work so we had to use hair dryer in the living room for access to a mirror. We found a massive cockroach in the bathroom (I have pictures). All of the electrical outlets barely hold appliances because they are so worn out. The ceiling in the living room/kitchen has concerning stress fractures/cracks. All of the walls need repainted to hide scuffs and stains. The dryer sits on a broken/uneven particle board ledge—looks as if it could fall at any time. I used the vacuum in the closet and i emptied the chamber and filter—I’m confident this vacuum had never been emptied or cleaned since placed in the unit. I believe condo 139 needs to be taken off of the listing until proper repairs can be made. I will 100% be booking breakers resort again but I will be sure to choose a different room. Management company was very easy to deal with and I love the use of their app to manage the stay.

The condo was ok but need a little tlc. The location was good. The walk to the beach was hard on us because the sand was so soft, it could have been better with a rug of some type to help get to the better walking sand. The pool was nice. Check in was excellent. We had one little problem but the repair man was there quickly and he was very nice.

Within a few hours, they had delivered the two (brand new) items to our condo. Thank you! We also liked that we could park right near our unit, and we could walk to restaurants and shopping if we wanted to. And if we were driving somewhere, it was easy to get out on the main roads and find our way back. Breakers 139 has a good view of the ocean and good location within walking distance to stores in Coligny Plaza. Unfortunately the unit itself is a dump. No elevevator, close to stinky dumpster. Dirty unit, very small and filthy shower. The plumbing was installed incorrectly where you have to turn the water to cold to get hot water. No room for suitcases or to hang towels. Hard bed and lacking of pillows. There are no seatings in balcony, only one short plastic chair. We basically decided to check out a day earlier because we couldnt stand the place and the smell. My kids didnt want to shower because they were grossed out by the bathroom. Online it states that the office opens until 5 pm, we got there at 4 and no one was there. We had to call the emergency number to solve some issues. Do not stay in this unit, not worth the $ at all!

We were upgraded to a newly remodeled condo due to a dryer issue. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything. The condo was beautiful and perfect for the two of us. The only complaint is the size of the bed, but the room itself wouldn’t accommodate anything larger. I would highly recommend the breaker condos! Specifically 114.
