Our stay at the apartment was perfect! We stayed for 3 weeks and needed a home-like place to stay. This place hit all the boxes and was a great headquarters for various kind of day trips around the area. Hosts are very friendly and supportive! They can help with the surroundings and answered fast to any questions. There are even fresh eggs available whenever the hens feel like producing some! :) Apartment has all the equipment you could need and there were washing facilities available downstairs. Rooms are bigger than they seem in the photos and the bathtub is large enough for a person. The apartment doesn't have an AC but since it's in the ground floor with a basement underneath, it stays quite cool. We had a dog with us and that was no problem. There are plenty of short and longer walks available right from the gate. Location is very good especially for a longer stay. There are lot of interesting sights in a walking distance and you can get to the city center very easily by bus (appr. 15 min). Bakery and supermarkets are close enough to walk or you can take the bus or a car to visit them. Parking was not a problem during our stay even though there's no designated parking spaces. Amazing daytrips are also easy to be made along the Rhein and Mosel - castles, vineyards, old towns and villages, hiking, river cruises, spas etc. You can have it all!

The fridge is a bit small for longer stay, if you like to cook at home. Also, the freezer box in the fridge is tiny and not powerful enough to keep things frozen, if you have a lot of stuff in the fridge. Not a huge problem, if you can tolerate to manage without a box of icecream at hand ;)

Perfect location. Clean with everything you need. Plenty of space for a family. Free parking right outside the house.

The property is very well kept and spacious. The available facilities are really top notch and especially convenient for families with kids. There are plenty of restaurant and grocery options nearby. Sightseeing locations are just minutes away by car.
